I don't think I've heard anyone PREFERS him, but I haven't heard too many complaints. And, while I'm sorry Gav is sick again, I'm thinking these performances will act as a warm up for Jay as I'm seeing the show on Tuesday.

And gee, with Gavin on vacation, I guess that means I'll just have to force myself to see the show again. Darn.

Gavin was out for both shows today and will very likely also be out tomorrow. I think we pretty much all know his vacay is this week, too, so it will be Jay (and Paris) for Claude until next Tuesday!

If this has already been posted somewhere, my apologies but....

I happen to be watching the documentary that covered Rosie O'Donnell's first gay family cruise in 2005. In addition to seeing some lovely footage with these families...guess who was one of the night club performers?

Yup, our boy Gavin. He wasn't introduced or anything, and I wasn't really paying close attention. But I heard this voice and looked up and kept rewinding the dvr to try to know for sure. I even waited for the credits to see if the performers were credited...and there was my proof. He was on for less than 30 seconds...but he sounded lovely.

Well...my parents brought up HIAR today (we haven't talked about it in a little while) and they said they would make arrangements for me to stay in NYC if I get a girlfriend. WHAT THE HELL?!?!?!?!?!? WHAT THE HELL HAS COME OVER MY PARENTS AND WHY DID THEY HAVE TO BRING UP THIS TOPIC AT AN iHOP?!?!?!?!?!?! I wanted to pore maple syrup all over my face and hide under the host's podium. To top it off...they said, "Why won't you get a girlfriend Jazzy, are you gay?". Did they HAVE to do this at an iHop?!?!

I have no clue what I'm going to do. I can pray that they'll forget, or just tell them the truth, or just get a fake girlfriend, or just...forget about everything. Is it just me or does it seem wrong to come out because of a broadway show?

ETA:
I just caught your post claude, and I lol-ed. I should add that my parents are doing this more because my siblings have always been very open with expressing who they like at school and such...but obviously I have never been that way and they're just very confused as to why that is.
