Is Julia her other personality? Julie/Julia?
Julia must be the egocentric side that overspends and refuses to compromise.

That apostrophe is driving me insane.
We will see...
Horrible horrible idea and concept for a Broadway musical. It's not theater but a theme park attraction.
then why are the actors that were cast in this looking for new jobs??
Evan Rachel Wood's PR says that she is till signed on.
Julie, Julie, Julie, so delusional. I wish she'd just crawl under a rock.
That's it?
We should take her word in a paragraph?
Did I miss the article?

One of the lead press agents on it was at a panel discussion I was at last night and she said it was 100% still on.
What I'd like to know is to what extent production has resumed (the last I heard was that it had only partially resumed following the work stoppage). If production is back in full swing, then I might be more inclined to believe Julie.
The apostrophe is making my blood pressure rise.
But apostrophe's are great! They should be used when ever pos'sible. S'eriously.
I will say the combination of George Tsypin and Eiko Ishioka certainly has me excited. Their work on the 2002 RINGS cycle may be some of the best stagecraft and theatrical design I have EVER seen. DER RHINEGOLD really must be seen to be believed and GOTTERDAMERUNG is postively CHILLING.
My fav RINGS.

Crap. Hopefully they are performing on April 14.
Here we go again...
When something dies there is a thing called the death rattle, the final couple gasps for air. Just saying.
If this opens, it will be a miracle.
But in saying that in the city in August, so will grab a ticket if it is on.
Bad publicity or no, I'm still extremely excited to see the musical. Love Bono, love Taymor, love Spider-Man, love Evan Rachel Wood...can't wait to see what they do with this.
All I know is next Saturday I will be at the Box office to buy my ticket for as soon as the show opens.
I want to see this before producers realize how much money their going to lose and this flops.
(I remember reading somewhere, that they will have to sell out every seat for the next 5 years just to recoup. Any truth to that?)
Well, if we believe the press, the Producers (whoever they are?), Taymor and Wood's publicist, everyone is still on contract while nothing is actually happening, (at least in the theatre), make that 6 years.
The old adage: Time Is Money.

Tickets are supposed to go on sale via Ticketmaster.com starting 10/31 after a very long AmEx presale period. The box office at the theatre isn't opening on 10/31.
