A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.
thanks.... yeah im trying to see if he is going out that week. that would suck cuz i really wanted to see him in the role. but telecharge isnt saying anything i called and they said well hes in it for now.
I sat in the front row left mezz 6 seats off the aisle, and it was a fantastic seat. The bar in front of you isn't too high, and you have decent legroom. I just happen to like not having anyone in front of me (even if it's only two rows of people) and being really close to the stage. But first and third row are both quite good seats.

thanks for starting a new thread...I've been trying to find out this information for weeks - I am going on Friday, September 17th and really hope he's in the show...literally going JUST to see him ( i missed him in London when I saw the show)
If anyone can confirm the dates of Mr Hodge's vacation, please let us know.
anyone hear if Douglas Hodge is in fact planning a vacation in September? Saw the play in London for the first time and loved it - but missed Hodge and think it would be cool to see his Tony Award Winning performane
I havent been able to verify if this means he is out starting on the 19th (although I'd guess he would start his vacation AFTER that matinee...
I wonder why this isnt posted on Telecharge? Anyone in the biz, I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on why they wouldnt make this more public - after all he is above title...
Seeing this on 1st October and I hope he is on....already had the first Women on the Verge preview cancelled so I hope my birthday weekend trip from Scotland is not a total wash out.
havent heard anything...im going on Friday and HOPE that he's in the show - or at least find out well before so I can try to see something else... Broadway peeps - what says you? do you folks have any further inside word? word up
Do you think there is a chance he would be back on the 26th? I have an opportunity to go back, but only if he will be there. Otherwise, I will wait. I am bringing a friend and have a bit of flexibility. Thoughts?
when i called telecharge last night they said they know nothing about any vacation he is taking and if they did they would tell me so i know before purchase ughhhh
Checking with Telecharge.com would be your best bet as to when he, or any other Broadway lead would be out due to a vacation, illness, etc.
There are a few performances that Patti L won't be doing in "Women On The Verge." Those performances are listed on their site. Same with when Catherine ZJ & Angela L were out on their scheduled vacations.
My guess would be, if it's not on Telecharge's site on the day you want to see it, you should be good to go.
nealb - except for the fact that Sawyer44 just said he called Telecharge and they said that they know nothing of Hodge taking a vacation, but we know that he is in fact taking one. In other words, I wouldn't say that Telecharge is the "best bet" or that if it's not on their site on the day they want to see it, they'll be "good to go."
Wow. Hodge is getting over three weeks of vacation. I remember people were pissed last season when two leading ladies (of the same show) each took two week vacations.
