I would assume that the producers of Legally Blonde offered her the spot on the tour first and she took it over Grease. But, I don't see how she could go from being part of one tour to being part of another one.

Posted: 8/7/08 at 7:05amAll lot of Broadway celebs are apparently friends with people they don't know. Autumn has over 2000 facebook friends and many are high school kids who are fans. I think it's kind of cool. I'm tempted to try to "friend" her myself (even though I'm very far removed from high school these days).

I agree with defyingravity07. I was under the impression that she was "owned" by MTV and the Legally Blonde producers after having been in the reality show.
I understand that AEA will let you change shows after you have signed the contract so long as the show your changing to is offering more money. Could the producers of Blonde put it in her contract that she can't do that regardless of the situation? Or would that be against AEA regulations?

Posted: 8/7/08 at 2:03pmIt wouldn't surprise me to hear she deleted it. A lot of producers don't like it when cast members announce they are doing a show via their myspace or facebeook before there is an offical casting announcment.

yeah she deleted the status from her facebook. But you can see a lot of the responses to it on her facebook wall. :)
also, check out this vid of her in Batboy the musical singing the ever so beautiful duet Inside Your Heart. She really shows that she has a great head voice. We already heard ehr great belting skills before, but her head voice is truly phenomenal. Wouldn't be surprised if someday she plays Glinda in a production, whether it be Broadway, US TOur, Chicago, etc.
