It’s perfectly split for when someone wants to draw a Phantom mask over it one day.
Do you think Lea will stage door? I'm not going to the show tonight but I thought since I am going to be in the neighborhood I could stop by after the show lets out and wait for her in hopes that she will sign my glee complete series box set.
Carlos, I know you’re joking but it’s something I’d wondered, as well. I’m curious if the production wants her to appear more “friendly” and that’s one way to do it. Both Julie and Beanie did it every night so it’ll be interesting if Lea does. Of course it’s raining tonight so I wouldn’t expect it but moving forward, who knows?

Shoot, I was hoping someone would fall for this and get all bent out of shape and fire off a heated post reprimanding me for even suggesting it. You ruined my fun Catalano. You owe me!!!
On a serious note, yeah I agree that having her stage door and engaging with her fans would be a good step in rehabilitating her reputation.

Unless Lea is criticized by some for not caring about Covid. Sigh,

Rainsymbolizes rebirth and renewal. Often, a stunning rainbow and the warmth of the sun follow a gloomy hour of heavy rain. Rain is a sign of new beginnings, betterment, and hope.
Lea Michele, the Universe has your back."
Nobody, no, nobody is gonna rain on their parade! Happy first performance,

Will you be doing charts for Lea and Tove?

Posting from other thread...
Well, that was exhilarating.
HELLO, LEA! WELCOME BACK TO BROADWAY.
I knew her voice would be stellar, but I was unprepared for the clarity and ferocity at which she approached the score. It is a flawless vocal performance. She even has her homages to Barbra's opt ups without going too far.
Then, there's her acting. My word. Impeccable comedic timing, delivery, vulnerable at all times, a younger Fanny with so much hunger and desire for stardom (Rachel Berry who?), and a star Fanny in act 2 that will break your heart.
Lea knew she had to deliver and you can tell she has worked tirelessly to come through with a performance that will go down in history. And she has succeeded.
Sonia Friedman and Michael Mayer must be thanking their lucky stars tonight. I've never seen such an adoring audience. Standing ovation for her entrance, the end of "Greatest Star", partial for "People", back to full for the climax of "Parade" (she said BAM and the entire theatre LEPT), then back up on the final note. THRILLING.
In act 2 standing ovations for: her entrance at the top of the act (that was probably the longest and the one where you could see the love behind her eyes for the moment. Looked like that most happy girl in the world), then we started back down and Ramin came back on shirtless so naturally people stood back up for that! Then standing ovations for Rat-Tat-Tat (she absolutely crushed it in that song. Totally clowning. Real Fanny would be proud). And for the finale.
Buy your tickets. The most anticipated casting just officially became the best performance currently on Broadway.
OH! and Tovah! WHAT A DELIGHT. She earns every laugh, her scene with Fanny during Nick's arrest was stellar. Her and Lea are perfectly matched together.
Truly, just a performance for the ages. Lea Michele gave no Barbra impression or Rachel Berry channeling. She is Fanny. Through and through. Congratulations, Lea.

Given how bad the art they've forced us to look at has been, I don't mind the yellow rose. At least they didn't do more of those garish caricatures.

She's a person who was wildly disappointed by the production. You don't even know the half of it, but assume away.

Thanks for joining today. If you look at other threads this has been discussed ad nauseam. I don’t think most of us at this point need to assume anything.
Funny...it seems like the Beanie fiasco never happened. Like...how could the Producers ever let her go on??

The whole thing needs to be a book or a movie or mini series or something. Everything from the miscasting to the alleged nepotism accusations to the infamous Sitzprobe to the crazy TikTokers. It should all be covered. It’s part of Broadway history now .

Why have anyone re-live that? Not necessary. Just fuel for people who did not care for Beanie's performance. Leave her alone and move on. (unless this is sarcasm)

LOL. Let them move on!!! Let them each live their lives. It's enough
It's like people who still think the "she can't read" thing is funny. It's not. Move on. get new material. Find something else to focus on rather than this

Oddly enough, the first time I heard about that rumor was when I read that Lea and her friends were poking fun at it themselves on social media. Clearly they still thought it was funny in the recent past!
