Oddly enough, the first time I heard about that rumor was when I read that Lea and her friends were poking fun at it themselves on social media. Clearly they still thought it was funny in the recent past!"
I know the people who started the rumor. They're sick of it, it's not funny anymore, and that was one thing Lea posted making fun of it on her terms. She obviously can read. So everyone needs to move on from that. :)
Funny...it seems like the Beanie fiasco never happened. Like...how could the Producers ever let her go on??

The whole thing needs to be a book or a movie or mini series or something. Everything from the miscasting to the alleged nepotism accusations to the infamous Sitzprobe to the crazy TikTokers. It should all be covered. It’s part of Broadway history now ."
Why have anyone re-live that? Not necessary. Just fuel for people who did not care for Beanie's performance. Leave her alone and move on. (unless this is sarcasm)"
Why not? I love revisiting showbiz scandals. And this is a good one."
LOL. Let them move on!!! Let them each live their lives. It's enough

I think with time it should be told. And I think the only ones that should be cast as villains here are the producers. In the sense of all the mistakes they made. Yeah .. and the whole Lea can't read thing was mean and ridiculous. But that mean act is part of the events that happened. Also all the Tik-Tokers trying to make it a fat shaming victim thing. And remember the whole hoopla over Leas new finale dress? And Beanies absences for a wedding at the beginning of the run? And the announcement leaks? And how Benko's star rised? Layers and layers to this broadway story. A movie comes to mind to me.. just in the satirical way I would love this this story being told told " The Positively True Adventures of the Alleged Texas Cheerleader-Murdering Mom". Just in tone.

You can absolutely think there should be, and I can absolutely disagree. That's all :) And because there are people who can disagree and think everyone needs to get over it and move on. Y'all thrive on drama when you shouldn't. When I am sure very few people actually involved want to relive any of this. Goodness. Y'all like living in the past?

Once we see a show isn’t that in the past? I have had amazing conversations through the years of what I have seen and same with others. I like the past for the most part.
"I hope your Fanny is bigger than my Peter."
Mary Martin to Ezio Pinza opening night of Fanny.

Talking about a show and doing a deep dive into the behind the scenes drama that happened are two very different things, you do realize that right.
