Something tells me Marshall will join the producing team of WARRIORS and complete his EGOT.

On TodayTix, you can bypass the queue on BroadwayDirect and tickets start at $166 for those dates. (Haven't gotten in to BD yet to see prices there yet)."
Do you get Audience Rewards points for purchases through TodayTix?
I'm tempted, but with limited time in New York would rather see new shows.
Tickets purchased through TodayTix don’t earn audience e rewards points.

They certainly did during the negotiations for the filming of Hamilton. When no one knows who will play Aaron Burr in the filming of this (which everyone knew was going to be huge in popularity) 12 hours before filming, it's kind of a big deal. So, that created a lot of tension but once they stepped away and time passed, they were able to be cool again.
This is excellent casting and a few others originals might join him, who knows?"
I would die if Renee came back as Angelica.
Holy sh*t yessssssss

Jenna mentioned more surprises to come and Leslie didn’t confirm or deny anything.
The performance I brought only has 11 seats left. It’s 2016 all over again. 🥲🥲

I think his near non-stop work over the decade since make it clear this isn't the case. I get that people don't like his attitude about Hamilton but this board has this desperate desire to see him humbled and it's like...no? We can all see the projects he's been in. He's doing fine?

Honestly, I’d think after his Tony win, he expected bigger success, but yeah, he’s been employed. Purlie Victorious got good reviews, and he’s done a few movies (the Knives Out sequel, the Sopranos prequel, etc.), but I wouldn’t say people outside theater know him. And the last movie was two years ago. Perhaps I’m wrong. He also put out a couple of albums, but I’m not sure how successful they’ve been.
Believe it or not, I’m a fan of his, so I wasn’t trying to be a jerk with my comment. He’s the highlight of Hamilton for me, but the stuff he’s done since just hasn’t lived up to that (for me). I do love his holiday album though.
You can disagree that he came back because he didn’t have much else lined up and maybe you’re right, but looking at his current projects, it does seem like it could veer that way. Although I’m sure the money was a nice persuader too!
I also have no idea why this board hates LOJ. He negotiated a more favorable outcome for himself and his cast members. Maybe he got a little hard-nosed doing it by holding the filming over everyones' head, but this is a tough business and you have to play hardball sometimes. People are also naive if they think LMM isn't just as tough and hard-nosed behind the scenes.

I have never understood the Leslie Odom Jr. hostility either. Maybe he’s a real jerk or something, but the only flap that I know about is the Hamilton filming dispute. Everyone is supposed to support actors in their quest for fair compensation for their contributions to a huge, money-making show, but not this Black actor?

Checked for tickets the week LOJ is back at Hamilton and it’s already very well booked. 2 shows that first week are already sold out. What’s the view like in the rear mezzanine section?
I have nothing against Leslie Odom, Jr. I just didn't particularly care for the performance he gave on the filmed version of the show. It was very different from what I remember him doing when I saw Hamilton in person. That being said, I prefer Joshua Henry's and Nicholas Christopher's take on Aaron Burr.
Does he really get that much hate? He was a hero for sticking up for himself in Hamilton and I remember people on here loving Purlie. I’d love to go see him in Hamilton again but I want to preserve my fantastic memories of the original cast.

Agree with this, I saw it with him twice and could never quite put my finger on why his performance on the D+ version felt different
It was so unfortunate the way he portrayed it in the Disney Plus version. Very sniveling cartoon villain versus his brilliant and steady live performance. Joshua Henry and Brandon Victor Dixon would have been just as good had they filmed it with either one of them.
Prices in October are insane so something tells me they'll be other folks joining him....

The ONLY thing i ever heard about was when Nicolette was doing Waitress (and I loved her! Favorite Jenna besides Sara), there was some talk about Leslie doing Pomatter, but negotiations fell through bc the Waitress producers were really cheap and LOJ wanted more money.

That’s fair. Odom was terrific when I saw him in person in April 2016 and didn’t fare nearly as well, overall, in the filmed performances a few months later.

This is what I remember as well. I love him onstage - one of my favorite performers. Here's my guess: other OBC members will come in for a limited run all thoughout the year. Will any of them overlap? No idea - but they're smart to keep enticing ticket buyers, even though ticket sales remain crazy strong.

I think LMM will be reprising his role alongside Leslie Odom Jr. FOR SURE. He mentioned the announcement and said he looked forward to seeing LOJ again.
I almost want to say Renee and Pippa as well. Someone on IG said that it’s unlikely for Renee to return though.
I agree and I said earlier that LMM will return. Soo is currently on a TV show, but I don’t know if it’s been renewed. That would determine her availability unless she comes during the summer when they’re on hiatus, but that would’ve been announced already. There’s an event happening at Town Hall to honor LMM in a few weeks. They could announce it all there.

That’s where I saw it in April 2016. And not just rear mezzanine, but the second-to-last row (center). The view is better than I expected, and Odom was especially good at playing to the cheap seats at the conclusion of ‘The Room Where It Happens.’ That song, and Odom’s final minute of it, is one of my favorite Broadway memories.

Agreed. Chris Jackson is also on a TV show so if AJLT is renewed for another season, I wonder how available he will be. I noticed that he is going to be at the Town Hall as well, so time will tell!
I was leaning toward no about Daveed Diggs as much as it pains me to say that. He has a bunch of projects lined up (or in post). I'd love to see him perform Guns and Ships.
