Looks like we have a Donna sighting on the official poster...
oh jeez! do you they want to photoshop anyone else in that poster?
How is that an official poster and not some fan-generated photoshop job??!
Wow. Did everyone have their own separate photoshoot?
Meryl’s image has been featured on all the artwork for the film that features photos of the cast. That poster isn’t the first or only one, amigo.

I have seen the co ing attractions to this movie 3 or 4 times now. If Meryl Streep was even in them, it was for a split second (which could explain why I didn't see her). Does anyone know -- is Donna dead in this movie, driving the reminiscing about her youth and Lily James? Even Cher is highlighted in the coming attractions, although I assume she has a cameo role.

They released a new trailer! Still no trace of meryl...just a glimpse...it looks odd....though i´m nuts over Cher´s Fernando!
They also released one song from the movie in Spotify and Apple music...When I kissed the teacher...it sounds really good!
I can't believe how I excited I am for this movie.
I’m actually so pumped for this!!!

So... I'm actually excited for this sequel and I don't know why! This looks fun! Love Lily James! She was incredible in Cinderella and Downton Abbey, and she looks great here!
When I Kissed the Teacher -- Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again
Okay I'm so confused. Is Meryl in this or is she not? There does appear to be some new footage in the film of her and Pierce and her and the girls...
But they speak about her as if she's dead. Someone fill me in.
Donna’s absence is mentioned early on in the film: she’s on tour in SONGBIRD! living out her dream of being in musical theater thus abandoning her friends and family.

I'm honestly so excited about this. It's going to be ridiculous and I'm going to love every second of it. It comes out the day before my birthday, too. I'm visiting the bay area that weekend for a birthday concert and a day-after-birthday Angels in America @ Berkeley Rep marathon, but I'm thinking of flying to visit my mom the next week and seeing this with her. We saw the first one together and had a great time PLUS there's actually a production going on where she lives at the same time that she was already wanting to get tickets for. Birthday week overload!
