I need help trying to find a comical song for a bass and a tenor. My brother and I are doing a duet and need something funny to really lighten the show. Please Help!

Agony from Into the Woods
Brush Up Your Shakespeare from Kiss Me Kate
Poor Judd is Dead from Oklahoma---but not a 'comic" song, but you could possibly play it for laughs.
Not sure of the vocal ranges (could both be tenors)--but a start

I'm glad no one has suggested "You're Nothing Without Me", a mediocre song from an otherwise fine score.
For the record, "Poor Jud Is Dead" is very much a comedy song. The humor comes out of character, for the most part, not punchlines; but there's no question in my mind that it is supposed to funny:
"He looks like he's asleep,
It's a shame that he won't keep,
But it's summer and we're runnin' out of ice."
Now whether that would play as humorous out of the context of the show is another matter. I suspect not.
Depending on the event, you might look at "It's a Boy's Life" from BOY MEETS BOY. I'm not sure the vocal ranges are strictly tenor/baritone, but you could probably make it work.
"It Would Have Been Wonderful" from A Little Night Music
"I Can See It" from The Fantasticks
"You're Nothing Without Me" from City of Angels is really funny
As usual, you can't go wrong listening to best12bars. jmo

Yeah, penis jokes are always so droll:
"Your pen is no match for my sword!"
"Travel Song" from Shrek the Musical

I second "It Would Have Been Wonderful".
"We Can Do It" from THE PRODUCERS, however, would be my choice. A great contrasting of personality types.
Not sure about ranges either, but here goes:
The Proposal/The Night Was Alive from Titanic.
Pretty Women from Sweeney Todd
Mandalay Song from Happy End.
Progress from Love Life.
Mr. Bunbury and The Muffin Song from Ernest in Love.
You Rule My World & You Walk With Me from The Full Monty.
It's All for the Best -- Godspell.
Not a comic song, but I have to mention a favorite: Poems from Pacific Overtures.
I wonder if everyone actually read the request - there are a lot of suggestions that aren't even remotely comic.
"I Do Like You," cut from Forum is a funny duet for two guys. "Be A Performer," from Little Me could be a fun vaudeville number.
^ not to mention the fact that the OP mentioned that the singers are brothers...some of these romantic suggestions would just be creepy.
Grand Old Ivy is always a delight, if not inherently 'funny'. Same with Guys and Dolls. Looking outside the 'man' box, you could probably do a fun version of Ohio from Wonderful Town.
I would suggest a few things:
"You & I" from Bare
Pretty much anything from The Story of My Life. Maybe "Angels in the Snow" is more along the comedic line.

If one of you is reallllly a BASS, then most of these suggestions won't work. The ranges, for example, of things like "You're Nothing Without Me", "Poems", "All for the Best", "It Would Have Been Wonderful"... have both voices in bar-itenor-y locations, and would be a monumental stretch for a real bass. If he's NOT really a BASS, then you'll do OK with some of these...but check the Vocal Score to see the actual ranges before investing too much time.
