Any predictions how packed moulin rouge would be at the stage door. Do you think it will be crazy like and idina Menzel or brendon urie or Hamilton stage door with Aaron tveit. Or more laid back.
Im assuming Aaron tveit plans to typically stage door.

MR stage door will definitely be pretty packed, especially during previews/around opening... however I doubt it will ever be anything similar to Brendon @ KB.

It'll be packed, but not to KB levels, at least based on what Boston was like; it was crowded, but not a madhouse. Not sure if that's just because the stage door isn't a huge thing during tryouts or the fact the Colonial's stage door is down a sketchy alley. Aaron was a little hit-or-miss on when he came out, but that may change for the Broadway run.

When I went to the pre-Broadway in Boston the stage door was very crowded and extended all the way down the alley and into the street. Easily 2-300 people there. I imagine Broadway will be similar and honestly I do think it could reach Brendan Urie levels.

ahem on that. Stagedoor at the london tryout for Hadestown was 12 people, the majority leaving halfway through. Stagedoor on broadway was 6-7 people deep and a fight broke out

Does Aaron Tveit draw that kind of crowd? Years ago, when he was in Next to Normal, the stage door that night had about 5 people. When he came out, no one but me said anything to him and he engaged me in a conversation. Really friendly. I guess his stardom has grown since then.

Posted: 6/4/19 at 11:27pmAaron Tveit is one of the most popular male Broadway stars right now. I'd say still below Ben Platt (and def Brendan Urie) but on par with Jeremy Jordan, Andrew Rannells, and Gavin Creel in terms of popularity. Also @ArtMan you had a rare experience at a not crowded N2N stage door because I've heard horror stories of Aaron being mobbed by teen girls back then. He's pretty and talented so he's gonna attract the crazies.

Posted: 1/14/20 at 3:25pmI went during previews and Karen, Danny, and Aaron all came out. Not sure how it is now, but I heard Aaron is really good at stage dooring. Just a heads up-Danny is currently on medical leave, so if you were going say this week, he will not be there.

I've stage doored at Moulin Rouge three times, and Aaron didn't come out any of the three, unfortunately. Karen came out twice.
