I'm on Better Than Before too!

the whole thing is just... beautiful. That's the only thing I can say. haha. It's really, REALLY freaking beautiful.

And yeah, most of the dialogue is out, but the really important stuff is still there :)

I don't need a life that's normal. That's way too far away. But something next to normal would be okay. Something next to normal is what I'd like to try. Close enough to normal to get by.

Just finished it.....omg. I f-ing love it!!

And I started crying at Light in the Dark and So Anyway. God I love this show.

Aaron Tveit, why are you so amazing, and why is your voice so swoon worthy??? (listening to I'm Alive reprise) *sigh*

I definitely couldn't afford to spend this $10 but I did anyway and I DO NOT regret it. I'm on How Could I Ever Forget and I'm crying. This is beautiful, and will very very quickly be my top played album on iTunes.

EVERYONE, go buy this ASAP. It's absolutely worth the $9.99, for a two-disc recording!

This turned out absolutely gorgeous. I had already preordered the CD... but didn't mind dropping the extra money on the iTunes. I'm happy to support this show and this CD is perfect.

I'm so happy!

Now what would you say if today I started over? Without a thing but this taped together four leaf clover And I'll pretend like everything is already alright And I'll run toward the sun till the castle's out of sight

It's just such a treat, because I so distinctly remember sitting there 3 years ago, listening to the audio from the original out of town reading thing, and going "I need a good recording of thisss. The score is SO beautiful" and now, to be able to hear it in perfect quality... I could not have asked for anything better! Everything about it sounds flawless.

Interesting that the recording still says "18 months" and "16 years", they must have changed it in those few weeks between recording and previews.

The cuts in this are beautiful and the entire album is so fluid. Alice is so rested and relaxed and pure. Such a perfect recording.

i figured she wasn't playing. she does over-do it a bit lol.

i think my favorite part of the soundtrack..or parts i should say is in i am the one and the reprise when gabe and dan both sing.."and i thought you should know!" i love that. my favorite song is I'm Alive but i'm really in love with Superboy.

^Yes, the harmonies in I Am The One and I Am The One (reprise) are just to die for! Especially the reprise.. so freaking powerful

Jenn and Aaron both sound especially gorgeous throughout the whole thing

I have so many favorite parts I can't even go through and type them all out haha. So many vocal things I love, and so many instrumental things I love too!

For some reason JRS sounds quite digitalized at some parts, particularly at the beginning of I Am the One. Adam Chanler-Berat's voice is GORGEOUS, and Louis sounds really good too!

I blame all of you for making me spend $10 tonight. On the other hand, I also blame you for giving me my next addiction! I read the love thread and this one, and after listening to a lot of clips on that one site I knew that I needed to buy this thing. So here I am at one in the morning - in LOVE!

Now, one problem: iTunes hates me! I purchased the whole album, and only the first five songs actually downloaded. I really don't know what's up with that. I'm not that concerned, but I'm certainly not going to deal with it tonight. However the first five songs of this show are AMAZING!!!

Everything Else is sooo achingly beautiful. I am obsessed with how she goes down on "say" at 1:20. I like Perfect For You, but does anyone else think it sounds a little bit like the end of If I Didn't Believe in You from L5Y?

I'll let you know what I think of the rest (if iTunes ever gives it to me!)

Sounds great. It's much slower than the show, which I like, less of a rock feel, and more sung.

Thoughts on the weird piano track in the middle of 'Everything Else'?
