^^ Yes, most of the artists are mislabelled. I just sat down to try and correct them all.
I'm personally going to be a big creep and wait around for midnight to buy it. Hopefully it'll be up.

It sounds great!
Some of the labeling is messed up----- Superboy is sung by Aaron
I am just going to have to wait for my pre-order to get here.. so hurry up!

I think I've figured out this missed up labelling: You Don't Know should be Alice Ripley, then every artist label from that down to Why Stay/A Promise should be moved down one spot.

I've been waiting patiently for this to come out, but I don't know if I should buy it considering I don't like to be completely spoiled. Problem is, I probably won't get to NYC until this summer and I don't know if I can wait. UGH!

Just listening to the previews, it sounds SO GOOD!! <3 <3
Aaron sounds CRAZY pretty in.. well everything really, but especially There's a World and Aftershocks haha. They all sound really great though. And the instrumentals are just stunning
It needs to be midnight already so I can actually buy the thing :)
Is anyone else having problems finding the previews. Someone please tell me if I am doing this wrong.
I go to iTunes.com
I change the flag of the country to Australia.
I click on the iTunes section of the website.
I go to the search, I look up Next To Normal.
When I do that, I don't find Next To Normal, and only two albums come up that aren't it.

Honestly, out of context, most of the songs don't give anything away. MOST of the songs. But if you listen to the whole recording, the story may unravel a little bit. I know it sucks that the music is right at your fingertips, but your best bet is to wait until you see it to listen to more than just snippets.

Try getting at the clips through iTunes itself rather than the website. The clips are available in every country east of GMT as the album's now available in the UK, so you can try Japan, Greece, Finland, etc. and they all have the clips.
The album's an absolute steal, incidentally. £7.99 for a double album is incredible value for money, although I'm sure the CD itself will be beautifully put together as Sh-K-Boom's releases always are. Up to You Don't Know now, and should really be going to bed for work in the morning...
This needs to go up at midnight tonight. I saw it Saturday, and I just want to hear it again and again and again.

It says each song is $1.69 (in argentina)....does anyone know if that's what it will cost tomorrow in the US?
Unfortunately..People... iTunes does not know the difference between SOUNDTRACK and CAST RECORDING and its just us... regular theater nerds! LOL. and they are dealing with REGULAR PEOPLE aka CONSUMER. so if they happen to search it it will most likely be under soundtrack- same with BORDERS or BARNES& NOBLES- there's NO section for CAST RECORDING- its all SOUNDTRACK - whether you agree to it or not- that's how they been doing it for the longest time! I need to think of a word like 'politically correct' ... like 'OCBR-ly correct"- no such thing! No one is going to die or insulted if on person refers to it as soundtrack. Personally I dont care?
Let's just be content that they will release it tonight! let's not be itsy-picky! Okay... Cant wait for tomorow! yay!

they shouldn't cost that much Bway fan, since nothing else costs that much.
What Borders do you shop at? The one here in San Diego has movie soundtracks and cast albums separate -- which is why I enjoy shopping there. Though, they tend not to ever have anything I don't already have. Unless it's something that just came out.
Most Borders I've been to have Cast Recordings and Soundtracks right next to each other, though appropriately labeled.
Me too....they separate them, but they're usually next to eachother.
No. The one in Boston is only SOUNDTRACK. I will take photo and post it. I dont know why?

^^The Borders in Downtown Crossing is the one you're talking about, I assume jaystarr? Last I remembered browsing there, there was only a SOUNDTRACK section as well. The Cambridge one, that one I can't remember...but I'm tempted to go and compare :).

True but some of the recordings inevitably end up in the wrong bin. There are usually some cast recordings accidentally placed in with the soundtracks (and vice/versa). That means I have to browse through BOTH sections. Might as well join them together.

Did they cut all the dialogue in the songs for the recording?
I'm on better than before. it is SO amazing i will definitely be listening to this a lot.
they didn't cut ALL of the dialogue. there are parts where it's included and parts where it isn't. most likely not to give the entire story away.
