Every day from 10:30am - 4:30pm. In between 43rd and 44th Streets in Times Square.
oops....didn't see the ACTUAL final message.
Very cute merch, save a "The Tonys are my Super Bowl" button for me!
The Tonys and Audra buttons were the first thing I picked up!
I've been on a couple of these tours and I highly recommend them. Even if you think you know everything about Broadway you'll still learn some great stuff. The guides are very friendly, engaging, and more than happy to break script any time you have a question. If I remember right it's only about $35 (plus optional tip.. but really you should tip) for about 2 hours which in NY is a steal. You also get a bit of a discount at their kiosk after the tour :)

Disclaimer, I consider Tim a friend, so this post will sound biased but I promise, he has earned every word of it:
I attended the original BUC tour years ago, and was impressed with his knowledge. It’s been a real treat watching the company grow into what it is today. I was also one of the lucky few who were invited to the first Hudson Up Close tour, and honestly it was one of the greatest things ever. Tim researches the crap out of every little detail possible. From the number of lightbulbs in the lobby ceiling, to the kinda creepy tale of the owners’ Titanic journey. You feel Tim’s passion and love for theater with every moment you spend with him. It was really unforgettable to get on the American Utopia stage and look out at the Hudson from that view that so few people get to experience. If I’m not mistaken, this is the only theater aside from the New Amsterdam that you can actually tour, so really, the fact that the Hudson has allowed Tim this access is no small feat!
And as far as merch goes, I LOVE my theater marquee tote bag (that he didn’t even give me a discount on. Some friend HE is!). I still look at it and can’t believe the artist drew every marquee out by hand. I’ve received so many compliments on it, and it has helped me carry MANY an Amazon package home from work.
So, in conclusion, take a Broadway Up Close tour, or at the very least visit their booth. Even if you think you know everything there is to know about theater, I promise you’ll learn something new. You won’t regret it.
I can’t find an exact address for the gift shop anywhere, can anyone help?

Woo hoo! I was just packing up an order this morning and thinking "I wonder if anyone notices the packaging that I love so much?" Well, I got my answer! Enjoy your Broadway goodies!
Good for you Tim! Looks like you found your "Purpose," as Princeton might say, in this crazy city. I hope to visit your booth sometime soon and maybe take the Hudson tour. I'm always looking for arts-related topics to cover on my blog (link in signature) and this could make for a great post.
I have stopped by more than once. The staff was first rate! Great customer service.
Went to the kiosk this past weekend while I was in the city. Super fun, great merch, and one of the nicest people I've ever met in my life!!! Will definitely make this a traditional stop on all NYC trips from here on out!!!
I looked and looked....couldnt find you! Guessing everyones kicked out for the holidays.
Question, why would you be open only until 4:30? Is that the time the city allows at your location? One would think you would very well with Broadway based merch up until 8:00pm with the thousands of people passing on their way to an actual Broadway show?

Hey Dramamama - we’re closed as of last night until January 6th because of New Years celebrations. We reopen on January 7th!
As for hours: we are looking at expanding those but started conservative in our first year with the kiosk to test it out. I’ll be sure to keep you posted should our location and hours change. In the meantime, happy holidays to you all and we’ll see you in January - with a new product (that’s a secret for now!) that I have a feeling you’ll all LOVE!
Thanks!
-Tim
MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY NEW YEAR! Visiting your kiosk store was one of the highlights of my last NYC trip and I look forward to visiting again!!!
Found some cool fairy lights with clips so I used them to hang 20 of the post cards I bought from the kiosk on a large wall behind the sofa in My sitting room off of my kitchen. I keep all of my Playbills and theater things there so it was a perfect thing to do. Looks cool!

I looked for the kiosk last Saturday 12/21 and couldn't find it. I'll try again after January 7.

Right in front of GMA.
I should be able to come say hello one of these days, as I work nearby, but if not I'll be sure to visit your booth at BroadwayCon!
Happy New Year Tim. Excited to see that new mystery product.

Nice article and video on Playbill.
Is the Passport the mystery product. Was just on your site and don't remember seeing it there the last time I looked. The passport idea is cool.
Yes, the Passport is the new product!
It was so cool to meet in person on Saturday, Tim! Thanks for the Longacre Theatre postcard! -Amanda
