140 quiz takers in less than 3 hours. Pretty damn good.
I was thinking this to be a pretty easy quiz for the musical afficionados out there, and those that like to eat.
DofB5, you're doing better each week. Read through the correct answers. Many of these associations will come in handy in other quizes.
This is a quiz of associations folks.
Let me know how you do.
Enjoy!

Check and check.
On a related note, the chicken francese I had at Don Giovanni's before Wonderful Town last night was excellent.

I have the greatest respect for Bulldog, but I must quibble about the chicken and dumplings question. It's phrased wrong. Of course I KNEW how to choose the correct answer, but it is misleading. Yes, chicken and dumplings are served, but not as the same dish. The dumplings are really a side dish. Also, at that particular moment, there is a turkey on the table. However, a chicken is previously ordered.

Dolly, is of course 100% on this point. She was, afterall, sitting next Carol and all the Dollys at nearly every serving of the meal. I'm sure even Michael Stewart would have hard a hard time remembering.
Thank you Dolly.

Bulldog, you flatter me!
Yes, I saw TWHM 34 times during its original run, but I was a poor college student at the time and STOOD through many performances. I wasn't next to TGC or Ginger Rogers or Martha Raye or Betty Grable or Pearl bailey or Phyllis Diller or Ethel Merman--or even Bibi Osterwald.
Eek. My worst performance ever.
I assume this quiz is in honor of the "off topic" cookbook?
Ugh! 49%! This was very difficult!
I only got 3.
But I don't REALLY have to go see most of those shows do I?
I mean it's not like I killed anyone.
I have no idea how, but I got a 90%.
WindyCity how did you get a 49%? I know I know its 40% it took me a second to figure that out though...
Ugh! I need glasses....maybe I got an extra 9% because I cleaned the teacher's erasers!
I did very terrible. My lowest score yet: 3 out of 10. Cant remember foods.
I got five out of ten. Lord almighty!
