The only thing that needs to happen in that theater is a renovation.

Ruminations that's all, but it is wildly unlikely we will EVER see it.
But if we do, Sierra is going to do Love Never Dies first

why hasn't Love Never dies come over yet? Andrew produces his own stuff anyway

There are just too many issues with any of the versions. I am sure he is VERY worried that releasing it on Broadway would in so way hurt Phantom! (I think it is an absurd theory, but you never know)
Thank god for the Melbourne recording

I hope so, it could also become another "13!"

ew no 13 is f*cking weird especially at the end when they are like "i turned 13, and was diagnosed with an eating disorder" um what? I think School of Rock is gonna be dark and gritty and fun!! Oooo I'm so excited! Plus ALW is the polar opposite of JRB. He has shows that run for millions of years while JRB shows barely last a few months haha. Andrew's name alone will sell tickets.

The size of the theater is going to attract a lot of customers (it's just over 1000 seats, correct?). Anything slated for a Shubert theater that hasn't claimed one yet?

Yes, because The Woman in White and revivals of By, Jeeves, Jesus Christ Superstar, and Evita all made so much money on "Andrew's name alone."

School of Rock will actually be good though, plus its based on a pretty well known movie.

ALW, by his own admission, hasn't had a hit since Phantom. I'm not a fan of the movie School of Rock and so have little expectation for the stage show. Plus, I thought School of Rock was already booked for the Winter Garden. I presume things can change if ALW wants to put the Cats Revival back in the Winter Garden. Unless, Wolf Hall has enough ticket interest and wants to extend its Winter Garden stay.
It seems like the Broadhurst has hosted mostly plays the last 13 years (Into The Woods and Mamma Mia being the exceptions). So, I'd guess a play....Maybe King Charles III switches over from the Music Box, since the Music Box is booked for the spring.

Don't cry for me Lloyd Webber
Rebecca would become Zhivago 2

VWB has been very nice to the Broadway producers of Rebecca, but it theoretically needs to get produced by year end before the rights are expired again.
Off-topic, but The Woman in White is Lloyd Webber's best FULL score since Phantom.

I highly doubt that Wolf Hall will extend it's run.
I don't see School of Rock lasting through the end of 2016.

"I think School of Rock is gonna be dark and gritty and fun!!"
Oh yeah, Philly! School of Rock is going to be so dark and gritty it's going to make the original production of Sweeney Todd look like a Dame Edna revival. And are you old enough to be 13, let alone see the show?
I'm not sure what is coming in, but I agree with others that a renovation is needed before anything comes in.
