I have been on this board since the dawn of time.. I never ever post. I find it more fun to lurk BUT DAMN you guys have all turned into a bunch of whiney little twats. Its almost unbearable to even scroll the comments/replies because you all get so butt hurt. Grow some thick skin.

I heard a rumor that Bug was extending and transferring to the Shubert, similar to what Appropriate did a few seasons ago. Only caveats are Coon has Gilded Age to film and Smallwood is scheduled for a play at Steppenwolf that begins in April. If Coon can somehow work out a 6 performance week schedule and if they get someone like Michael Shannon to step in for Smallwood, then I can absolutely see this happening.

You are all so insufferable. Constantly whining, every thread full of drama. Jesus, I wish I could read about theater without seeing the same group of muppets all complaining about each other, accusing, gate-keeping, and self-aggrandizing. The signal to noise ratio is in the gutter.

You do not speak for the "community." And the community is so much larger than the few people that constantly post. The chilling affect from the loud few is sad and obnoxious.

People on this board have a very hard time believing things they don’t like.  Ensemble1711 told us that Beaches and Titanique were coming to Broadway months before they were announced, nobody else on here had that scoop, and yet Ensemble1711 was thrown to the dogs.  It’s beyond ridiculous the way certain people on here behave.

Let's not pretend there is a community on here. There's a lot of wolves who think they decide who is allowed to speak on what and when. Be for-real with yourself. Anyone is allowed to come on this board and say what they want, when they want, period. If there wasn't so much policing maybe it would feel like a community.

A reminder that using “race card” is a deflection and gas lighting technique. But obviously you choose to be an idiot. Secondly, the ability to have freedom of speech is the ability to use my voice to speak up for racial injustice in these spaces. Ya know the very thing the country is turmoil over right now, but you refuse might exist in theater. Get a life.

This is exactly the culture that Kad has created on here that many of us have been speaking out against for a very long time.  And yet his enablers give him back up every time, further emboldening him to target and suppress certain posters he disapproves of, and make them out to be “trolls.”  Why do you think this board has been dead these past couple months?  It’s way past due he’s getting a slap down
