A thank you for sharing the vids and links from me too. There's a wealth of Elaine's work and personality here that was new to me, and much that I never thought I'd see again too.
Here's to a lady whose star shone equally on both the world's great stages.

Ha. That was great, Darreyl. I never expected to hear Stritch sing "Some Day My Prince Will Come".
So, the minute this number from the 1995 Easter Bonnet event starts you know EXACTLY where it's headed, but it's still absolutely perfect.
