For the evening performance, everyone I was really hoping to see was in. I'm so glad I got to see Damon and Mary. I don't think the role would have been as funny played by anyone but Mary Testa. And I feel like this is a perfect role for Damon. He was my favorite part of the show. I didn't sense any phoning it in from those two. Patrick was very good but I feel like a lot of the strength of the performance came from the interpretation of Jud. I don't quite understand the raves he was getting on this board for his acting. Of course, all credit to him for helping to create that interpretation of the character. Ali Stroker was out but Chelsea did a solid job. No complaints. I did wish for Rebecca at times. Sasha wasn't terrible but she seemed to have some issues vocally. Also, Laurey wasn't as much of a presence as I think she might have been if played by Rebecca.

I’m thinking of seeing Oklahoma Thanksgiving weekend. I love both Ali and Sasha, so I would love to see either of them but would also love to have an idea of who I’m going to see. Does anyone know how the alternate schedule will be affected by the Friday matinee? Thanks!

Saw the show tonight and it's in great shape. Full cast in and no signs of a long run here. Just as sharp as when I saw it in March.

And Sasha Hutchings is fantastic. Sounds fantastic.

I'd like to know as well; I already have tickets to the Friday matinee. (I've seen Ali twice so I would be okay with seeing Sasha, but I'm bringing my family and they'd like to see Ali. I know it will be great either way, though.)

I also hope Rebecca Naomi Jones will be back by then (her post said she's out until Thanksgiving).
