JUST IN TIME is blessed to be able to get top some tier talent that are currently on major projects. Unfortunately, due to their work schedules they can only commit to just a few weeks. Sometimes delays occur and they extend a few more days or weeks. Briones begins production on Season 3 of THE PITT in a few weeks, hence her short run. This is the norm. Back in 1988, Phylicia Rashad famously replaced Bernadette Peters in the original Broadway production of INTO THE WOODS. Her run was barely 3 months as she was only available while on hiatus from THE COSBY SHOW. She did INTO THE WOODS during her break between Season 4 and 5.

Saw her in The Wanderer workshop and she was BLAND. Interesting to see what the JIT saw in her here.....

Yes, Isa always had a short contract as she has to return to LA in June and film THE PITT Season 3.

I'm glad to hear it was always meant to be a limited engagement. I was wondering if she might be leaving early due to the unfortunate fan behavior she's been highlighting on social media.
