You know what? Maybe just one rant thread isn't such a great idea. It is already unwieldy, the matters covered are all over the map, and it's hard to participate in a discussion of one specific point.
The appearance of individual threads is the way to resolve these problems.

Jesus must be sooooooo pissed off at Hunter Christian for doing Weeds, He didn't allow him to get a Tony nomination. That's the only possible explanation.
