Decided to see Mrs. Doubtfire tomorrow in case it doesn't reopen...the only problem is broadway.com only does print at home tickets and i don't have a printer... will they accept the ticket on my phone? Can I get a hard copy of the ticket at the box office?

Do not buy from Broadway.com. It’s a scalping company and they charge HUGE service fees. Go to the show's official website and click on the Buy Tickets link.

Absolutely. Broadway.com has zero affiliation with the theatre box offices or shows. You can literally buy 4 tickets at regular box office prices for what they charge you for a single ticket. Their added fees plus the mark up on the ticket itself is insane. Sadly, tourists assume Broadway.com is the official website for all of Broadway like as if Broadway was a multi-plex building like a movie theatre playing different films.

Broadway.com is NOT affiliated with any Broadway theatre box office. With this license they can resell tickets at whatever price they wish. Consumers have no recourse to dispute any overcharge of their tickets as Broadway.com has their a**es covered.

Yes, you'll be able to go to the box office and they can print out the paper ticket for you. Just have your order info with you. Since "Doubtfire" is through Telecharge, their ticket orders usually start with the number 8. When I was in NYC in September, I purchased tickets for the reopening performance of "Moulin Rouge." Since they switched from Ticketmaster to SeatGeek, all their internet sales are electronic tickets, scanning your cell phone when you arrive at the theatre.
I don't have a cell phone, so the gal at the box office looked up my order, and printed out the ticket for me that I used to get into the theatre.

A woman who sat next to me at a Donna Murphy performance of DOLLY! bought her ticket through Broadway.Com and paid a fortune.....and was never informed that Bette Midler would not be starring in that particular performance.

Why would you buy tickets from Broadway.com??? Why not go direct to site - telecharge or telechargeoffers.com if you have a code? Word of advice for the future - just don't!

Sometimes family members or friends buy someone a gift card from Broadway.com not knowing any better. I've read that scenario several times before on here.

He’s scalping but I wouldn’t consider him a scammer since the tickets he resells are real and what he is doing is legal. If they’re fake, then that’s another matter.

I bought a last minute/last week ticket to Dana H for a family member with a narrow window and resorted to Broadway.com for the first and last time. The seat was close but partial view, with a service charge of $60.
Never again.

The only time Broadway.com was good was when Hamilton tix were completely impossible to find below $800 and Broadway.com always seemed to have $200 Hamilton seats. This was back in 2015/2016. But otherwise.....no way.

Yes, this has happened to me more than once and every time, I was pissed that what my friend paid got me one ticket via Broadway.com and would have allowed me to see at least three shows via my usual avenues (rush, TKTS, Broadwaybox, TodayTix [which I used to work for], etc).

I've had no problem getting the BO to print tickets be it theaters in the Nederlander, JuJam, or Schubert groups.
Since his post was 1/3 for a 1/4 show, hope he got it.
