Can I just say how excited I am that Ragtime won this?

Now, I loved Rent as a teenager. LOVED it. Saw it 6 or 7 times, I think. And I abstained from voting in this thread because I couldn't make a choice that felt satisfying and legitimate.

BUT as soon as this game started I thought Rent would go through to the finals, and then tons of people who didn't even GO to the theater in the 90s would vote it into the top spot. I was so convinced of this that I thought about requesting a rule that only those who had previously voted could vote in the final round. But no more worries!

Looking forward to some intense and seriously considered run-offs...
