yeah, they ask for a name, phone#, and credit card to reserve a seat over the phone. it's general admission, though I'm not sure how large the audience space is.

it is strange to see a JRB event without Lauren Kennedy in attendance. I'd say the night is pretty well-packed with talent, easily worth $22! I've always wanted to hear Billy sing the SH*Te out of those songs.

OK - had to beat Broadway Matt back to the board from this concert. Definitely a wonderful night to remember. The show was definitely one of the best things I have attended in NYC. Sat front row as the original cast of Songs For A New World sang their FACES OFF! Brought me to tears more than once! I have a feeling Matt will go into more detail, so I will defer to him.

Just put my SFANW cd back into the rotation for another few weeks.

hehe thanks MJR! it was good meeting you tonight. I'll be sure to go into more detail and share pictures tomorrow when I have a bit of energy. but as for now, it's 4 AM and I've spent the majority of the night drinking and watching in awe as waaaaay too much talent packed itself into one room for 2 marvelous concerts. JRB is a funny, funny man with quite a nice voice on him. I'll dish manana. G'nite.
