Hey...I have tickets for Moulin Rouge that I need to cancel/rebook. They state that they are refundable up to 48 hours before the show, but I can't seem to get a response. Has anyone had to do this and had any luck?
Did you call their Customer Service department - (888) 506-4101.
Oh Jesus Christ. They are the most incompetent, horrible company I've ever had the displeasure to do business with. They didn't ever get back to me after weeks of emails and social media messages. Told me to go through Jujamycn. I stated I already filled out the form. I had to go through a dozen people before it was official: They could not figure out an exchange and just could not handle it. I got a refund after weeks and weeks of bullsh*t. Do not exchange. Get a refund and rebook.

Thank you for the suggestion. Just tried it so we'll see how it goes.
I did exactly like you did. Ask for cancel the show. They did refund the money for me in 2 days. They response quite fast as well in my case.
