Who was fired?
“Fired” does sound aggressive. Their contracts weren’t renewed so to many, this implies that they were “fired.”"
Chicago's ensemble actors were under different contracts. AEA had to step in to release them from their contracts, so it does sound like they were fired.

Are you being deliberately obtuse? There are at least 6 pizza places within a one block radius of the Gershwin (including one -- See No Evil -- that's underground on the same block). I'm sure wherever they ordered from was thankful for the business that day!

We're already getting miserable, bitter cold, we don't also need a miserable, bitter scold.

Ha -- good one!!! I'll bet you've been workshopping it since the Eisenhower administration.

Based on your horrible online communications skills, I fear the only one here alive since the Eisenhower administration is you.

Does Liberation ever have more than 400 people?
I don’t trust any capacity number that comes from a “company member” and not the House Manager or Stage Manager. I think it’s very easy for ( understandably) frustrated actors to give an estimated capacity that is lower than it actually is. Seeing reports from actual audience members stating the shows were more full. Feel like Cherie should know better than to use those as sources.
Also, my timeline was filled with people out and about on Sunday getting coffee and going to cafes. I hope no one who spoke up against this went out and purchased anything on Sunday…
