Mine is Ephram and Amy, characters of Everwood played by Gregory Smith and Emily Vancamp, dancing at a wedding. It was one of the most touching episodes of last season.

The amazing Trinity doing her signature pose from one of my favorite movies, "The Matrix." If I could choose to be any one character from any one movie, it would be her. There are days where putting on leather and kicking some ass would be a wonderful option.
