No need to repeat the same words, thanks so much. Since you just randomly pulled that date from your own brain, and cannot back it up with any actual sources, I will believe things when they are confirmed.
Much later. Until there's a vaccine, it can't be considered. Once there is a vaccine, it has to be produced in quantities and delivered to people. Then, enough people will have to be willing to take it for it to make a difference, and it will also take time for scientists to see if it's helping curb the spread. I don't see theater coming back until 2022 at the earliest.

And there is talk that the vaccine will be a two part shot (A booster). So will people be ok to be out and about after the first shot or will we have to wait until we get the booster. That could prolong things.
My thought is that even if theater goes back on June 1st, so much has to be done now. Re-casting, rehearsals, maintenance in theaters, training new staff, etc. I don't see shows going back up until September 2021 at the earliest especially if other shows follow the dates we have seen given by The Music Man and MJ The Musical. And maybe we will see some of off-Broadway go up first. Just my thoughts.
Well, if a re-open date is for performances, rehearsals could start before that. Music Man might be working around other commitment dates.
That being said...will I be shocked if that date changes again? Sadly, nope.
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?
