Spiderman loses Evan Rachel Wood

How much longer till it loses Alan Cumming? And then, how much longer till it just... fades away?
"...everyone finally shut up, and the audience could enjoy the beginning of the Anatevka Pogram in peace."

They should, seriously, just give it up all ready

Well if she is bowing out due to scheduling conflicts, at least that means Spiderman has a schedule.

Spiderman loses Evan Rachel Wood

Too bad-she would have gotten me in the door. I love her voice and I think she is a fine actress.

"Well if she is bowing out due to scheduling conflicts, at least that means Spiderman has a schedule."

More likely, she didn't like the idea of not being able to schedule other opportunities while this flounders around for a few more years.

Spiderman loses Evan Rachel Wood

This thread is funny for so many reasons. I was just walking by the Hilton on the way home and saw the February 2010 sign and giggled.

Spiderman loses Evan Rachel Wood

That's a tough break. I still do hope to see a Julie Taymor directed show on Broadway - whether it is Spiderman or something else.

Spiderman loses Evan Rachel Wood

It's time to let this just die. The longer they keep on with this charade the sadder the whole thing becomes.

Spiderman loses Evan Rachel Wood

That may be a good point. I was just nostalgic for how creative she was with The Lion King, though.
#15

Spiderman loses Evan Rachel Wood

I think "Spider-Man Loses Wood" would be a pretty good headline for everyone's general feeling about this show.

Spiderman loses Evan Rachel Wood

I know the joke has been made before, but I just had to add to the previous post.

SPIDER-MAN KEEPS CUMMING, LOSES WOOD.

As juvenile as it may be, I laughed.

Didn't this happen once before already...?

Spiderman loses Evan Rachel Wood

I seriously believe they are keeping up the charade in order to get all the legal implications ironed out... who loses what, how much more goes into repairing the theatre and whose going to foot the bill etc. Kinda hard to keep throwing money at a project that isn't gonna happen.

Reeve whathisface who is supposed to play Spider-Man tweeted this today:

"Just finished a pretty intense Spiderman workout. Wow. I'll be feeling this one in the morning. What I do for the sake of art... haha. "
