According to the script, how old are the strippers supposed to be?

I know a common gag is to cast them almost geriatric, but is that in the script, or is that just a convention that has developed over time?

Love the idea of the three previous Roses playing the strippers. But, still, let Barbara Harris play any of the three she wants and then cast the other two. Barbara, come back to us!

 Electra  Mezzo (20-50)(If going by Percy Figueroa's
age) , Tired burlesque dancer who gets creative with lightbulbs
 Tessie-Tura  Mezzo (30-60)(If going by Claudia Ratzlaff's age), A former ballerina whos learned a less-refined dance
