Yes, isn't he amazing? Haven't seen him in Hairspray, but those few minutes in Bryant Park...
Lol.
Is this part of the DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS performance which I'm assuming is still on today (Today)?

umm hard to do from here :)
i remember a bunch of my friends were gonna go to one of these morning shows (probably this one) to see Hairspray perform live and it was winter and they were going at 5am and I was just like ummm I love Matt. I love sleep more. Im sure there will be a full recap posted tomorrow anyway. Im such a night owl.
I just watched it...i thought it was an ok segment. I agree that people NEED to create new and innovative muscials like BKLYN, Rent, and even some of the older classics (Sondheim etc.)...Revivals and adpatations show little to no creativity. They showed 15 seconds of Good Vibrations and I though it was a part of the tape of my High School musical or something. The guy singing sounded horrible and the whole thing looked corny. Where is the originiality!?
I am thankful for Q. Why didn't they interview Jeff Marx.
They don't need more shows like BKLYN.
