"Bernadette looked gorgeous and classy, as always. With all due respect to Ms. LuPone, I did not need to see her sagging breasts".

Is anybody going to tell me why they need two differnt outfits?

In reference to Victoria Clarks' dress. I think she stole my table cloth before she made her dress.
Im wondering the same thing, it must be something they do to avoid being photographed in the same outfits too many times. Trying to be fabulous. Charles Busch said when he was hosting the HX Awards with Chris Sieber: "They want diva, I'll show them diva, I intend to have a different gown every time i appear onstage"
Is it just me, or does Chita wear a dress similar to the one she wore last night in her show?

It looked like the little scarf/cover up was similar,
This may be a *tad* biased because of my love for her, but Kristen Bell looked great.
I also loved Cynthia Nixon.
We had great seats but it wasn't until we were standing right behind Neil Patrick Harris that I noticed that the suit he was wearing was not the greatest. It was kind of shiny and just didn't look right for the occasion.
^lol. That's so ironic. In tonights episode of "How I Met Your Mother" His character wore a really shiney silver shirt to some club.
Grr...this is off topic from this thread, but it took the mods that long to delete the post that said the Tony Award voters can suck it...after I type this whole thing! :-|
I saw Sutton Foster from a distance when I went to stand behind the barricades at the red carpet. I liked her dress.
I actually really liked Victoria Clark's dress. It wasn't too over the top, but rather just a fresh spring color and look that stood out from many neutral tones. I think she looked great.
Neil Patrick Harris can wear anything...or nothing.

Sara Ramirez is a beautiful woman. I was looking at pictures of her from last year's Tonys and the dress she wore was much more flattering. I think it was just the dress she wore this year. It made her look lumpy and didn't fit her curves. But she has such a great sense of confidence that she can carry anything off.
Cynthia Nixion, Alfre Woodard, Oprah, Glenn Close, LaChanze were by far the best.
The worst for me was Sutton Foster, but i am never impressed by how she looks of stage.
Best:
Glenn Close - looked amazing, best ever seen her look
Oprah Winfrey- also looked great.dress was very flattering
Christine Ebersole: pure theater,,she was having fun and worked. she looked divine. She gets A+ for taking risk.
Worst:
Sara Ramirez: not a flattering dress.
Patti Lupone: no comments, we have all seen the pics.
Bebe Neurwith: that was not an evening dress. Seemed like a garden party dress
Sundaymorning, I assume you meant to infer that she then used said tablecloth to make her dress, in which case you have great taste in tablecloths.
If not, I think we should chip in to buy Victoria a new tablecloth so she does not have to resort to stealing.
i thought Kristen Bell looked great, and Sutton Fosters dress was really pretty
