I think the WB appearance was local... so NYC/tri-state area sort of thing. So, yes... I think it may be, Kris. Unless there was anything during the Model Prisoner release days, but I don't think the publicity was nearly as good then as it is now.
I saw him with his hands in his pockets, fidgeting a tiny bit, and I thought to myself "oh, God. He's nervous... come on, Adam. You've done this a million times." And, as always, he delivered, once he relaxed a bit.
He's a lot perkier, and goofier... much more himself at his "actual" appearances, and rightfully so, I suppose. At that stuff, he knows he's singing to a room full of his fans. This wasn't at all the case. When you get tickets to the show, it's like 9 months in advance and you have no idea who/what you'll be seeing. And, I do know that he gets very worried about not being well-recieved.
Not sure about the intro - I was in my room, ready and raring to hit the record button on the VCR when I saw the intro, and then went tumbling and bounding down my staircase to actually go watch him on my 60 inch TV screen. Missed the intro... but I'll go back and watch. I'll kick so arse if they f*cked up the intro!
A work of art is an invitation to love.
