Great show though, with 2 stellar performances.

I don’t think this show was great. It never caught on because it was cute but not special. There’s nothing interesting about the story, music or writing. Actors were fab. Though I’ll champion an original new musical in this day and age every time. Congrats on their run.

Well this low life peasant found the story music and writing to be wonderful. Loved every minute of the show and have seen it multiple times. It will have run for over a year, so I guess it “caught on” with many.

I feel like it’s foolish considering the Christmas/holiday motifs of the show and how it would be good during the holiday season, but I guess it’s out of cash. Solid run though.

I had no idea. Did the show's marketing lean into that last year? Perhaps I haven't been paying enough attention. During my frequent but short trips to New York, it never acquired must-see status, but the show's closing will finally make me go this October when I return. I have one slot left -- a Wednesday matinee -- and what could be better than pairing it with a rabble-rousing Clifford Odets.

TSPLAY discount code may still work and if you buy the front row mezzanine “obstructed view” seat all the way to the left or the right, you will find that the seat is not obstructed in any way and the view is perfect. This does not apply to the second row mezz obstructed view. But front row mezz obstructed is perfect. And very cheap.

I second these seat locations, I sat there for Dead Outlaw and it's a great full view, (relatively) cheap even without the discount code.

their online rush is fairly easy, too. I plan to go again next month and possibly the closing show.

A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

I thought it was cute, though it probably would have benefited from being trimmed down to one act. However at the end of the day, it’s refreshing to see an original musical… even if it has a few flaws.

The performances are great, and if anything from this show should have been a shoe-in for a Tony, it was the score. Unfortunately both times I had tickets, Tutty was out. So I’m disappointed I won’t get the chance to see him finish this out.

What bothered me most about the show was really the promotion and merchandise. That window card alone is so boring and feels like such a missed opportunity. It needed the “Xanadu” treatment - put the actors on it, make it more colorful, and give it some personality. It just didn’t capture what was fun about the show, let alone the other merch.
