I am coming for my theater trip for a week beginning this Thursday. Telecharge has not delivered my electronic tickets yet for the shows at the end of this upcoming week. It used to be I received the electronic tickets exactly a week before the show. Is that not their practice anymore?

You can also retrieve your tickets at the box office any time with your confirmation number, if you don’t want to wait.
I rec'd my Othello tix two weeks before curtain. (Surprisingly - while my original email said two weeks, when I clicked on "details" , it said 3 days.)
However, my confirmation for Operation MIncemeat says 3 days. - so I should get them tomorrow.

It used to be exactly two weeks prior to the performance- now it’s 3 days.

That's exactly what I do as I always save my ticket stubs. I don't have a cell phone, as so many now use their phones as their ticket when it's emailed over.

Well i just got my Floyd Collins ticket exactly 2 weeks before show, so I guess depends on venue?
I would also be sure to double check spam or other folders depending on what email provider you use- some of these platforms have a habit of flagging a lot of legitimate email, particularly ones that are automated or sent in bulk. If you're using an iPhone and use the default Apple mail app, the latest update also auto-sorts incoming mail unless you tweak settings.
