Just letting everyone know "The Battery's Down" episode two has been posted on the website.
I didn't like it as much as episode one but I'm incredibly impressed with how much WORK they put into it! It's so GOOD!
Thanks for the reminder! I am making a cup of tea and watching!!
I agree TotallyEffed. I liked the first episode more than this one, but it's still good and it definitely made my night.
He's straight? Aww, boo!

Apple integrated their products into THE BATTERY'S DOWN. I don't see any other reason to promote the MacBook Air at the Apple Store on 5th Ave.
He doesn't seem straight! and I get such a hag vibe from his friend.
Great cameos. Greta Lee and Ann Harada were funny! Matthew Morrison was the perfect douche bag.
John, I thought the same thing. But I know people who don't make a lot of money and scrape by but they have their laptops, cell phones, sidekics, etc. And I wonder how they afford them! I guess these things have become priorities.
And if he is straight, I will turn in my gay card and have my gaydar permanently disconnected because that would prove that it doesn't work!!
Jake on a date with a girl? That's a joke right? I did like the Matthew Morrison cameo though. I picture him being exactly like that.

I was disappointed with this episode and both songs. The "You Could Be in That" was pretty funny though. And I loved the CPR class, Greta Lee was so funny! I'm surprised Ann Harada's character wasn't just called Christmas Eve!

Greta Lee and Ann Harada were hilarious. I loved when Ann said "First you poke them to see if they respond". I think I liked it just as much as the first one. They do a really good job with it!
Another FANTASTIC episode! Loved every minute of the two parts!

I wish the quality of the writing was up to the quality of the songs. It has so much potential, but the dialogue is just pedestrian.
I thought this episode was a lot better than the first. "You Could Be in That" was hilarious.
It's funny how he says CATS isn't held in the highest esteem but wears a CATS shirt in the first episode. Hmmm.
verynewyorkcurious, I really don't think Apple has integrated their products. Twentysomethings are always vying for the newest Apple product. There are so many people I know who want a MacBook Air, even though it's hardly logical (no disk drive? no thanks).

I Love Natalie Weiss. She just walks around riffing, and then in the final song Her riffs at the beginning were wonderful! she's gonna be popping up in absolutely everything
If the first episode is the best, I won't be bothering with the second. I thought the first was not only too long, but dragged to boot. Great concept, weakly played out.
Are you not the same TannerONbw who just posted something much more negative on the Count to Ten thread than I posted here?
Just asking.

I've listened to "You Should Be In that" about five times. Hilarious. In general, I think I enjoyed the first episode more, but I liked this one pretty well.

I think the lyrics are extremely clever, but is anyone else unimpressed with the musical aspect of the songwriting? I don't think the actual melodies are catchy or interesting. That said, I still love TBD *because* of the lyrical writing as well as the acting. It's still good!
