Well you can't rely on all the details in playbill. They said Doug was leaving the tour and they were wrong about that.

Besides most of us know what's up since we heard it from Michael or Steve directly, unless they changed some details since then. Updated On: 5/16/07 at 04:45 PM

I think web sites should let fans be fact checkers. most of the time we know about things before it is posted. and we hear it right from cast members.

Steve and Michael are swapping, I heard some where that Michael wil be going back to the Sherry cast after a while in Chicago, not sure where though.

Is Jersey Boys toronto going to be a new cast?

I read from the JBT thread that the JBT might be an all-canadian cast.

Well we can expect more info on Toronto after 5/30. But an article on the Jersey Boys Blog makes it sounds like it might be a small sitdown or the start of a Canadian tour.
From N.Y. to North York Broadway hit Jersey Boys will run for six months at Toronto Centre for the Arts

At the rate the shows keep getting extended. I am sure it will be a sitdown. and I am sure it will be there for longer then 6 months.

Jersey Boys has done very well in SF, but it isn't the next Phantom. And I don't think anything ever will be.

But 5 years at the Curran? My skeptic-o-meter is going off. Inside Bay Area It can't happen again.

As much as I love Jersey Boys, I doubt it would go to a 5 year run either. Although you never know what can happen.

I can't afford for them to stay 5 years.

Well, it was my 16th time, so I think reviewing it is kind of futile at this point. I've already written almost everything I'll ever write about this show.

But I do have two things to say:
- Jarrod gets better every time. I don't understand it - I wasn't too impressed with him when I saw him back in March, and right now I just can't get enough. He's pitch perfect. And if he every records a solo album, "In the Mood for Love" needs to be on it, because he OWNS that song. And I love how Mary Delgado sticks her pinky up when she tells him to be Valli with an I at the pizza scene, then he echoes this when he's explaining the spelling to Crewe. It's such a perfect detail.
- I'm obsessed with the fact that the bright lights at the end of Dawn charge all the dust particles in the air so that in the final scene of Act 1 there are weird little light speckles under everyone's (particularly Drew's) chins.

Seriously, though, I love these guys.
So much.

I guess it was better to cut me off cold turkey like this. :)
