SCARYOTYPES - did you guys watch that incredible perf on the OBIE"S live webcast??? UN ****in REAL!! That newish arrangement was OUT OF THE BALLPARK!! (i'm downloading the entire webcast)
Oh my Gosh that was unbelievable. You downloaded it... awesome. I was wondering about that because that performance deserves to be watched over and over and over. WOW!
I am so glad I had the great timing to turn it on during Keys!
And now YAY for the Obie!!!
Congrats to the cast for many well deserved accolades.
Damn. I wasn't able to watch the performance. Could someone send me a link to it somehow?
Congrats to Passing Strange, for their Drama Desk, and Obie wins!!
zOMG someone send me the obie vid!
I'll try to email it to you Caroline, if you PM your email address.... It's practically the whole webcast, so the PS perf is about 60% into the show. I see that the video link can not be posted on YouTube.)
Boo! Hope you guys have fun at the get together! I'm just the Scaryotype that lives too far away.

I posted that last week, but always good to see it again.
Long live Passing Strange.
As the Tonys approach, some posts get very passionate about their likes and dislikes for certain shows.
Some posters have lately called PS a lot of things - filth, garbage, etc. I suggest to not react to these at all. I think we're a secure enough group and respect their opinions, as harsh as they sound.
When people are presented with unconventional art it's not unusual to reject it immediately, not everyone is as welcoming :)

Yeah blaxx
one of the posters had said that Stew is a "NOTHING" and that he could be replaced by any other black guy. I was pretty pissed about it at first, but then I realized that the poster's opinion meant absolutely nothing to me.
Yankeefan, I don't know about TDf, but when I saw the show last Tuesday, they were out of rush tickets, so I got a balcony seat and was moved down the mezz. I was in the 3rd to last row, but I think even the last row of the mezz has a great view. This was my first time seeing the show from upstairs. It's more rockin downstairs though.
