Constantine is going to be a Special Celebrity Guest at Star Pets 2008 at the Edison Ballroom on 47th on Monday Nov 10th.

I would love to see that. Costly, though. That is the hotel we are staying at the two nights before that event. lol

You'll have to let me know how the Edison is...
I would probably cave into temptation and go (and work a couple days' extra to get back the ticket price) but the dh will be with me on this trip...$500?? Not even for such a good cause, and C~ with puppies... *sniffle*
Guess I'll just have to go to RoA that night to get my fix instead. Such a sacrifice :P

A rumor of cast recording in the works...excellent...

"Rock of Ages" on Late Night w/Conan O'Brien 11/14!

It has just been announced that the cast of "Rock of Ages" will be performing on "Late Night with Conan O'Brien" on Friday, November 14th!!!!

I queried a someone close to the top of the show's production food chain to see if I could get out of him WHICH number will be performed...nada.

So now we can start two weeks of speculation.

My guess? "Here I Go Again"

Just got back from the show--- it was AMAZING !!!

The entire place was electric! We were in the 1st row--- Sara got totally "hair-groped"- by Will Swenson,
(Happy B'day Sar-- Luv ya !!)
and Lara Janine was on as Sherrie, and all I can say is.. I THINK I AM IN LOVE !!!

A couple won dressed as "Flashdance girl" (guess thats how I would describe it...LOL), and Tom Cruise ("Risky Business")

Personally, we were pulling for the "Tron" guy !!

What a show tonight! Whew! Couldn't have asked for a better Halloween and also had the most fun I have had a show in a very long time. Sitting in the front row at "Rock of Ages" is beyond fun. And yes, getting "hair groped" by Will Swenson (as Testing mentioned), well...all I can say is that it got really hot in there. Happy Halloween! What a great night. And how cute is Lara Janine?

I hope everyone had a good Halloween!

Hey Silly and Testing...just an FYI...Lara was not in for Kelli tonight - Savannah Wise was. Lara then was in for Savannah's usual role.

And Kelli was in for the 10pm show. Celebrities spotted at the 10pm included Mary Testa and Jackie Hoffman of "Xanadu" and multiple Tony winner Audra McDonald.

Double oops... yeah, thought I heard them say Lara's name.. like Sara said... we both went by the Playbill after hearing the name. Well, Savannah was great !!!

Yep, that's Miss Savannah...and looks like the guy in that photo is none other than Broadway veteran and current "Mad Men" star Bryan Batt (I saw him in Forbidden Broadway YEARS ago - he's awesome!).

The 10pm show was TOTALLY off the chain..."small but mighty" as Lonnie said (I'll assume the mezz wasn't full). I was in what is now probably my 2nd favorite seat (after A102)...B113. Mitch (Lonnie) picked me out as his "cocktail holding, nasty little freak machine" / "you! my dressing room, 2 minutes" gal (and he had a naughty little ad lib as I was NOT the "oh God he's picking on me" shrinking violet some folks can be).

The other thing about that seat...for Cum on Feel the Noize, you practically get Will's head in your lap at the end of the song. LOLOLOL

Kelli was in at the 10pm (never got to speak to her after the show).

Now...since the holiday is over...what WAS my costume? Okay, here were the components: black boots and leggings, black Look What The Cat Dragged In (Poison's first album) tee shirt, black choker with rhinestone skull/crossbones, black wings and halo.

I was the song "Fallen Angel" from Poison! And Mistress...your personification of "Turning Japanese" by The Vapors was TOTALLY brilliant...loved it!

Would love to hear what they thought of the show.

Yeah, Savannah is some lil' sparkplug !!! LOVED HER !!

Shame that the 10PM wasnt packed- I really feel for the cast having such little time in between Friday shows. I wonder if they will eventually just go to an 8PM on Friday?
