People, its not quantity that matters, it's quality!!!!!
but just in case:
Les Mis 5
Phantom 4
Hairspray 3
Sunset Boulevard 2 (an oldie)
Showboat 2 (also an oldie - and a long one at that!)
Also a hypothetical - do shows you've walked out of at intermission count as half?

Billy Elliot 55 times(39 in London,16 on Broadway) But I'm not CLOSE to the record for that...someone is close to 400 in London and on Broadway someone is closing on 40(that I know of). I'll admit the next question is WHY...I blame OCD...lol.

Like Weez, I believe that tells you everything you need to know about my theatre-going habits!
I am in or was in double digits with the following shows. Rent at 33 times, the revival of Les Miserables 15 times and I am at 15 as well for Phantom of The Opera.
Les Miserables 23 times which includes Broadway, tours, and school editions.
I've seen alot of shows twice but not many of them 3 or more times. Sure that will change when I move to London in September -
Blood Brothers - 7
Avenue Q - 4
We Will Rock You - 4
Joseph - 3
Wicked - 3
La Cage Aux Folles - 3
Spring Awakening - 3 (Once on Broadway, Once at the Lyric once at the Novello).
I think when Legally Blonde opens in London it will probablys wipe the floor of all of these.

Hairspray, I forgot, 3 times on Broadway and 4 time in London
Saturday night will be my 100th visit to Phantom. Les Mis I have 92, 90 at Miss Saigon and my 90 at Blood Brothers. I miss Les Mis every day. IMO Broadway is not complete without it.
As a side note I am only 32. I started early at 10 years old. From my first visit to Cats I was hooked. By the way counting 11 times on tour makes Cats 99 times.
I think it's Les Miserables - roughly five or so times, including tours and professional productions.

The only show I've seen live more than once is 'Hairspray'. I saw Hairspray 2x because it came to my town 2x.
Three seems to be my limit, and there are probably a dozen or so shows I've seen three times. I think the only show I've seen four times is Altar Boyz, and that includes catching the tour in New Haven.
My 3x shows include: Rent, Drowsy, Scoundrels, Hairspray, A Chorus Line (OBC), Aida, Les Miserables, Chicago (revival), Lion King, and others.

Well, I've only been in the U.S for a year, so I'm merely a beginner :-P

Phantom of the Opera in Brazil - 15x
next to normal on Bway - 5x
Miss Saigon in Brazil - 5x
Hair-12
Rent-10(8 Bway/2Tour)

In The Heights/N2N-5
the RSC Hamlet are tied, with four trips each.
So jealous! :) I wish I could have gotten to London to see that.
Let's see, I've seen PHANTOM I think 16x, though that's including Broadway, London & the US Tour.

SUNDAY IN THE PARK WITH GEORGE 7x (3 Broadway revival, 4 Seattle 5th Avenue)
COMPANY: 7x (Broadway & Seattle)
THE ICEMAN COMETH 4x
I've seen a couple things twice, like THE LION KING, LEGALLY BLONDE, THE BOY FROM OZ, NEXT TO NORMAL (Off Broadway then Broadway.) Oh yeah and I saw Lestat 9x. heh. Forgot about that one.
