I've received all of my Telecharge refunds as well as Assassins but all had to be requested.
Still waiting on Audience Rewards and Ticketmaster and The Hudson. I'm a bit surprised about Audience Rewards. When the initial closing was announced, they were the first ones to process a refund though the PayPal portion was in-transit for over a week until I had to ask them to release it to me. But the points were refunded immediately.
Anyone have any knowledge of what's happening with BLUE at Apollo Theater? Apollo Theater's website says that all events through June 30 are cancelled, yet Ticketmaster says that BLUE is not cancelled, so they can't refund my ticket; advised that if I can no longer attend I can try and resell my ticket, which is for an April performance.
I'm just going to have American Express deal with it, but Ticketmaster is still right now April 16th selling tickets for April / May dates for BLUE.
How about tickets purchased in person at the box office? I know they are supposed to be automatically refunded, but has anyone received refunds for tickets for this month? I am waiting on Jagged Little Pill, Tina, and West Side Story...all purchased in person for performances next week. Thanks!
Got an email from Telecharge today about my Jagged Little Pill ticket from april 14th saying...

When Broadway first shut down the tickets I bought at the box office with a card were automatically refunded. I still have one that I bought with cash at my house. I'm guessing I can exchange that one at some point whenever Broadway opens back up.

Did you get contacted by Roundabout? I can't find a record of having gotten a notice from them. Have a ticket for the 4/22 performance. Maybe they just haven't done future scheduled performances yet. What was your date? Got the rest of my Telecharge refunds today for performances 4/22-4/26. Ticketmaster still owes me for Six and a cancelled tour performance of Les Mis from last month."
Roundabout didn't contact me, I contacted them. Called their phone number on 4/4 (212-719-1300) and asked for a refund for my 5/2 performance. I was told it could take up to 3 weeks. :)

Was your ticket for a date during the first set of cancellations or beyond? I received an email from AR that I would be refunded for a Company ticket in May, but I have not seen any cash or points come back.
Received all my refunds except Lehman from ticketmaster, but they are slow. Hesitant to buy anything June-August b/c I question if the shows will come back. I had to file a credit card dispute w/Capital One b/c I couldn't get any response to emails or voice mails from Atlantic Theater.
Tickets only on sale for American Buffalo thru mid-July when it was supposed to end. Wonder if they'll postpone or just dump it.

I had the option to exchange instead of refund. But idk if it will even open. If it does and doesn’t extend, it will only be a 6 week run. I opted for a refund and I’ll buy a new ticket when it does open.
I'm pretty bummed about the whole situation. Had tickets for Six and Lehman Trilogy. I received my refunds already, but I got really awesome seats for really awesome prices through the presales. When broadway opens up, if these shows are still there, I'll probably have to pay more for a crappier seat. Bummer, but thankful I'm healthy.
When the shut down got extended, I got an initial email from Plaza Suite telling me that someone would reach out..... has anyone else heard anything from them since then?
I received my credit for my cancelled tour production of Anastasia. As I predicted, they only refunded the price of the ticket and not the $14 fees. I left a message 6 weeks ago with the second in command, to discuss making sure if they had to cancel a show and refund, that they were refunding the entire amount. I never got a returned phone call. I also wrote on the refund form under additional comments that I wanted the fees returned. Obviously that was ignored. FSCJ Artist Series does not use Ticketmaster or Telechage. It's all done in house. I know it's only $14, but I want it refunded.
Telecharge refunded my cancelled March 12 FLYING OVER SUNSET on March 14.
Telecharge refunded the cancelled March 13 MRS DOUBTFIRE on March 16. Telecharge refunded my cancelled March 14 WEST SIDE STORY matinee early - on March 13.
Roundabout refunded my cancelled March 14 CAROLINE, OR CHANGE sometime in late March or early April. The refund on my current Visa statement shows a refund date of November 7 - the date the ticket was purchased.
That March week, I caught COMPANY, THE MINUTES, the final preview of WHO'S AFRAID OF VIRGINIA WOOLF, and the Thursday matinee of PHANTOM OF THE OPERA.
In Chicago, I've received full refunds for WHAT THE CONSTITUTION MEANS TO ME as well as ONCE UPON A ONE MORE TIME.
But Goldstar has not yet refunded a cancelled March 17 performance of HIT HER WITH THE SKATES. Lyric Opera has moved its late spring 2020 performances of 42nd St to late spring 2022.
HUBBARD STREET DANCE CHICAGO has made no announcement on its mid-May performances at the Harris Theatre.
Elsewhere, I have received refunds for April, May, and June Priceline hotels and Airbnbs.
No word yet on CUBS baseball. I have tickets to 9 games, in a span from May 27 to August 18. Major League Baseball has not cancelled any games since opening day - all the early spring games are labeled as POSTPONED.

I got a call last week from the box office, my ticket was for this week - they are still trying to say it will be extended through the summer and offering a reschedule but also offered a refund (which I took). Said it would take up to a month to process the refund.
Deadline is reporting Ticketmaster is changing their policy (again? back?) to allow refunds.
"Ticketmaster said it is finalizing plans to refund for as many as 18,000 events that were postponed or canceled by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Starting May 1, fans can request a refund for a 30-day period, according to TIcketmaster parent company Live Nation. The affected shows include L.A. area stadium dates by Taylor Swift, who has canceled all of her remaining 2020 live events.
The dates affected by the Ticketmaster decision run through July, meaning a bit hit to the already staggering Live Nation bottom line. Company officials previously announced haircuts to senior executive salaries, including CEO Michael Rapino, who is not taking any money while the situation lingers. The company also has established a new line of credit to weather the storm."

Thanks for the update! Was it a 212 number? I would like to know so I can keep a look out and know not to ignore it.

I just got a refund for my 3/28 show yesterday, so it was about 3 weeks since I was called. However, they knew the show wasn’t going to run 30 days before that, so it was really a 2 month wait. Now I have to wait for a call for the 5/2 show and then will have to wait 3-4 weeks for that refund. They should refund everyone with tickets through 6/7 automatically. If the show ends up running in July/August, most of the seats for those performances are already taken since they won’t be able to sell the same amount of tickets as before anyway.
Finally got a refund for the Lauren Patten concert at Rockwood that was for March 16 three days ago. Still waiting on the Jagged Little Pill refund for the April 14th show.
My refund for American Buffalo posted to my account yesterday. This was for 6/7 performance and was cancelled with the most recent announcement. I do plan on purchasing another ticket but I’m waiting to see their plans for this show (cancel, move to fall, short run this summer).
Hello all, I am just curious (and impatient to know) if anyone else has received any refunds for tickets purchased at the Sondheim box office? my tickets were for 5/2.

I got my fees refunded. Was told it was an error. I would suspect that most subscribers, aren't even aware they were charged fees in the first place. That's a nice chunk of change to keep.
I got an email from Roundabout yesterday. I know some people already got refundable from them, but for those who have not, it's important to choose an option before August 31st because then they will give you an electronic credit for whatever you tickets were worth good for next season.
The 4 options were:
1. Taking the ticket credit as mentioned above.
2. Donating the cost back to Roundabout.
3. Doing a partial refund/donation.
4. Getting a full refund.
I went with the credit since I am hoping to still see Caroline or Change.
Still waiting to hear from Todaytix about Company.
