Bumping this up.
Bought my 6/5 ticket to Six at Brooks BO back in Feb.
Haven’t gotten any refund. Extremely wary about mailing back a ticket with my credit card information.
Has anyone had to mail their tickets back?

I don't think it's necessary. All tickets I bought directly at the box offices were refunded to me automatically a few days before the postponed performances. However, these shows sell tickets through Telecharge which has been excellent with refunds and exchanges, not Ticketmaster.
For the record, I got my Six refund the day AFTER the performance was suppose to happen. So it seems like don't expect to see anything before your original show date, even if the show has been cancelled.
And to the person asking about mailing back tickets, not needed. I got my refund issues to my card and my original tickets are still sitting right here next to me.

There are several posts in this thread about this. My show date has passed and I have not been contacted. I've also tried calling and emailing the theater. The phone line has a message and then immediately cuts you off and the email bounces back. I tried to do an online complaint with the Attorney General Leticia James but the form wasn't really meant for this type of situation. So I may try calling them instead.

So the newest suspension extension was announced Tuesday and today I received my two end of June TeleCharge refunds into my account. I'm STILL waiting, over 35 days and counting, for my Harry Potter refund from TicketMaster from the first extension. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!
This whole reassigning the tix to a new random date and then saying if I haven't confirmed after 30 days THEN they'll refund the money reeks of fraud and I'm getting impatient. ACCIO REFUND!!!

I have a question: I bought tickets for The Music Man at the box office for a date in November. If they announce another Broadway postponement, will I automatically get refunded from the box office soon after? I've only heard about Ticketmaster refunds, but not what happens when you bought tickets from the box office.

Does the Telecharge "affiliated box office" mean the box office at the show's theatre?

I would imagine so. Telecharge also always maintains that they are simply the ticket sellers for the producers. I find them fairly easy and fair to deal with in the past.

Also bought directly from the box office and no email. I don’t see how they would have my email address since I didn’t provide it at time of purchase. I have tried calling, tweeting and emailing and I have finally filed a disputed with credit card. I would be happy to reschedule if anyone would contact me.

Ticketmaster sucks. I'm still waiting for my MR refund which I requested on April 8. It's a big chunk of change. I called ticketmaster last week and they said that Monday is the 30 day mark from my request so I should get it sometime after that but they couldn't give me any sort of definite answer as to when to expect it.

Finally got my ticketmaster refund for MR and for once the exchange rate worked in my favour!
Finally got my MR this morning as well! Just waiting on Tina now, which I bought at the box office.
