I too got in on the $10 deal
Any reports?
I simply don’t quite understand why no one is talking about this on these boards. I saw it last night and woke up today still chilled to the bone. The acting is superb. The set and lighting are quite eerie in an event, must see kind of way. You definitely have to lean in and listen intently. It is wordy but extremely relevant and thought provoking. I am glad that I went in cold not reading any reviews. There is a lot to talk about afterwards which is the best theater in my opinion.
Having slept on it, I have to say I highly recommend this. I am haunted this morning. Elizabeth Marvel as the lawyer was so good. I’d like to see it again for the art of it but I don’t think my soul will allow me to go back.
I liked this quite a bit, as well.
It was a little too abstract for me at times (when is this taking place? What led to these circumstances?), but those unanswered questions did admittedly add to the mystery and intrigue of the piece. Also could’ve done without the intermission altogether, frankly.
Regardless of those qualms, Elizabeth Marvel, and the whole cast honestly, absolutely knocked me out. It deals with some pretty heavy stuff, to be sure, but it’s impressively executed for the most part.

I found the intermission perplexing. At first, I did not know if it was over or not and many fellow audience members looked confused. I wouldn't mind if they trimmed a bit off the front end. I am still thinking about the first epilogue in Act II. There is quite a bit there that is confounding. I would like to see this again in the future to see if it evolves. Or if we do too.
