Just received my second-ever order from Triton Gallery and I couldn’t be HAPPIER!
Since I’m flying in and out of EWR and didn’t want to risk damaging a purchased window card from the theaters, I ordered window cards for “The Band’s Visit”, “My Fair Lady”, both cards for “Hello, Dolly!” (Bernadette and Bette), and one other for a friend.
Let me tell you the “Hello, Dolly!” window cards are absolutely breathtaking, and on a much thicker medium than the standard format. The other window cards are gorgeous, and I am thrilled to death!
The packaging was sturdy enough that the package arrived undamaged.
VERY HAPPY!!! :)

I’ve bought from Triton for decades. They’re really good. I used to love to browse in their midtown shop when it was there. They’re really helpful if you give them a call, too...

I’ve called twice - once each time before placing the order. The man that answered the phone couldn’t have been more helpful in answering my questions and concerns.
This last time, I had a question on the backing of the “Hello, Dolly!” window cards. The description had mentioned “cardboard stock” and I just wasn’t sure what that meant. Now that I have the window cards in hand I have a much better appreciation for how he described it.
Absolutely love these “Hello, Dolly!” window cards!

Here's a cast-signed window card I have next to several other items for size comparison...

They're like (relatively) small posters, albeit on thicker stock, for shows.

I love, love, love Triton Gallery and have been shopping there for over 20 years. The only problem is that they're not open weekends, which really put a dent in my plans for picking up a poster next time I'm in NYC. But the gentleman at Triton was incredibly kind and gracious and offered to deliver the poster to my hotel at no charge before I arrive.
Stay classy, Triton.

They are in a new location on 8th Ave now, and I believe that they are open to the public there as they were in their old location.

A few questions:
Is Triton Gallery still closed? I can't seem to find out in my searches. Their website says they "suggest" you order online.
Also, has anyone ordered "repros" from them? I have gotten window cards from them but no "repros". Are they good quality? I would suspect they are.
Thanks.

About two weeks ago I placed an order for a card and it arrived in about a week. I was very pleasantly surprised by how quickly it arrived.
I also had a friend that purchased a repro of the most recent Les Liaisons Dangereuses window card, and it looks great. It looks (to my eyes at least) as if she had purchased it on her way out of the theatre.

Thanks for responding. I figured their repros were fine but just wanted to ask as they are not cheap.
Edit: Just went to order a window card. Their shipping fees are pretty high. As much as I wanted on particular one, I will wait until they reopen and walk in to purchase it. $17.00 is a bit high for shipping.

Don't expect silk-screen technique like the old days (except, I think, for the recent Bette Midler HELLO, DOLLY! poster). For the most part, they are computerized HD photographic quality- everything there but the layers and the edge silk-screen provides. Like most cherished things, it's all in the eye of the beholder.
