Another victim of the death of commercial Off-Broadway.
A real shame, as this was such an enjoyable night of theatre, for me at least.
I'm sure we'll see Pittu and Bartlett in something new soon enough.
I hope this show will be remembered at the Lortels, OCCs, and Drama Desks in the Spring.
Perhaps even an Obie or two in their future.

Amen to that.
A G-R-E-A-T piece with wit, quirk, charm, heart and passion all the way around. 90+ minutes of genius, as far as I'm concerned. Here's hoping for 'something' of a cast recording. Those songs MUST be saved one way or another.
Come'on, Sh-K-Boom! *crosses fingers*
Thank you, David (and Co.) for enveloping our lives (if only for oa brief while) with song, banter, joy, and laughter. Here's to future successes.
Best,
- Mike
I'm fairly certain that this is what I'm going to try to see for my last open spot for Christmas weekend. I'm giving Prayer for My Enemy to the end of the week to extend...but then grabbing a tix for this! (I'm aware that I'm being extremely optomistic in my hope!)
Double post. I hate when that happens!

The funky name was enough to kill it at the "BO"--ha! Play on words! 0000000000000h. I should be a lyricist. & I yam.
I loved the talent involved, but must say I was a bit underwhelmed when I went to see it. I mean did they really expect people to pay $65 for this, even with the good reviews? It was just so slight, and I think its appeal was very limited and skewed older. A musical version of Private Benjamin? Brilliant yes but topical no.
I love David Pittu but the show was only funny for the first 30 minutes and then you just stare at your watch.
Loved the idea. It works they just don't need 90 minutes.
It is a one joke show. Granted, the first 30 minutes made me howl but then I found it tired.
