The only time in the show where his "Different Strokes" identity is referenced is during "Sucks To Be Me." Perhaps they should make this a rotating character slot and bring in a new "guest" with a few script customizations every so often.
If not, it's no longer too soon to use Michael Jackson again, as I believe Israel or Germany did in their production.

"Gary" is also in "Little Bit Racist" about "black jokes" - otherwise, I'd suggest Lindsay Lohan or MacCauley Culkin.

I would agree with Tulita about Rodney Allen Rippy. Other options might be Gary's Co-star Todd Bridges or Emmanuel Lewis from "Webster".
