Hi, I am contemplating buying tickets to waitress but I'm on a budget, so what are some peoples experience with standing room tickets? How often do they sell? Also, what are the prices like for TKTS and where are they located? I know this is a lot of questions but maybe someone can help :)

Lately I've noticed waitress hasn't been selling out as it used to be. I haven't done SRO since May, but I think TKTS will be your best bet. My friend got premium seats for $108.

I paid $90 at TKTS to see Waitress this past Saturday. I was in about the 7th row orchestra, dead center.

$86.50 each for a pair of tickets, 6th row right orchestra, 7 and 8 seats in-Techically partial view but the only thing you can't see is the drummer in the upstage corner. And the first four seats from the aisle were either unsold or the ticket holders didn't show, so we all moved in at intermission.

Just to let you know, if you see Waitress on TKTS they won't be selling SRO until those tickets are sold in addition to what is sold at the box office. I was talking to a box office co worker of mine. They told me that, any tickets sold at TKTS count towards the show selling out or not. So, in order for them to do standing room technically the tickets have to be gone at both places. However, Waitress is a show that sells standing room if it's pretty close to sold out. Different from, let's say, the Pippin revival where they followed the policy of selling SRO tickets only when the show was sold out to the T.
I bought a single ticket at the TKTS booth for tonight's performance of Waitress. I got to the booth a little after 6 p.m. to get a ticket for the 7:30 show. I paid $86.50 for Orchestra Left, Row D, Seat 5 (3 seats in). Amazing seat and what a show! So good.
I tried for STO a couple weeks ago and since I waited in line for three hours they gave me $79 for good orchestra tickets that someone returned at showtime. It was a delightful show. Definitely suggest if you've already seen the big players this season.

I saw charity when she was still the understudy and she was FANTASTIC. She was absolutely amazing. She was equally as amazing as Keala!!!

Fine. It's a small theater. I would choose rear mezz over anything too far to the side....especially house left. You miss more on the side than in the back.
Both Charity and Caitlin are just wonderful and their transition was pretty seemless.

Unfortunately I can only apply the code to performances before 11/7, any performance picked from the list the link redirects to that is after 11/7, I get the message "Whoa, typo. Please double-check your offer code/password and try again.", if i try to use the code!
