What is the Best Broadway show to see right now?

i'm in north calif. s.f area, and i want to know what is the Best or a couple of the best shows right now playing in either New york or on tour or in s.f even!

we already know about 'good vibrations' coming and why i'm happy about that Justin Guarini might be in the show as he was in the workshop!

But what other shows are good right now, i've seen all the great ones pretty much like 5 time each.... i don't like really loud noicy shows so my favorites for example is Le miserable and Phantom i love classic music and drama too!

any suggestions for me? I never went to the Stomp show? the one with banging cans and stuff! I sadly went to River dance in London years ago and it was o.k but after a coupld of dance scenes i had enough of the river dance! i also saw Star light express in london that was Ok!

Miss Sigon was good i saw that in London!

But my favs are Le miserable i saw that like 5 or more times over the years and Phantom a few times also!

My mom saw Lion king, i'm not as much into that show i tend to like classic drama theater!

does anything now even come close or compare to Le Miserable and Phantom ????

If you like "classic drama" - how about, try a drama rather than a musical? Otherwise, my favorite show currently running on Broadway is "Avenue Q."

The Producers is wonderful, also Wonderful Town is great! And, Caroline in SF.

my suggestion would be to see something that is about to close or change casts....

Though if you're a young theatre-goer these may not be your thing--they're either very heavy or old-school, so if you like the more rock-score type stuff, avoid them...

If les mis and phatom are your fav's I would suggest fiddler or the prdoucers. If you are looking for a play definitely I am my own wife.

wow..thanks soo much i was gone all day and just checked back here to see if anyone posted! thank u to everyone for all the great suggestions!

i'm near San Francisco the City by the Bay it is beautiful here soo nice everyone wants to live here and it's very expensive an understatement!

I will check out if any of the suggestions you all posted are in San Fran. at all in the sunday pink section!

i never saw the Producers and i don't think they came to S.F ? if they did it might have been when i had some health problems... so i did Miss the Producers i think i would have liked that one!

now 42nd street i may like that one! not sure if they are in S.f!

so that Caroline in SF i don't no what that one is about at all? i'll have to read up on it in the entertainment section!

I wish i could see Phantom again i really wanted to see it one more time! i guess u get addicted to a show and see that a few times! i loved the music soo much from Le mis and Phantom...

You all are soo lucky to be in NY with all the choices of shows it's really nice to have access to all of that! we are more limited for sure out west not that we are in the Boonies, but there is less shows to see for sure!

i'll look in the weekend paper to see what is happening in S.F ! Ya all come out to visit SF it's truely beautiful very worth vacationing sometime ! Lake tahoe and Napa valley is a Must see and visit while you ever visit S.f! Marin is just beautiful also u can get a great view of S.F over the golden gate in Marin Sausalito and have dinner looking at the city all lite up!
