Disappointed to hear about Ana, she's got a lovely voice. Did she at least apologize?

Hm got it. Is Grand Hotel the 'youngest' show they've done?
Nine (imagine the cast they could have)
Parade
Mack and Mabel

City of Angels

I wonder if Herman would finally let Encores! do Mame or Mack & Mabel.
Also, Allegro.
And Kiss of the Spiderwoman."
Well, that's unfortunate, but the way people were talking, I thought she murdered someone.
I would love to see Nine. When was the revival? Is it long enough?
They already did Bells Are Ringing. They've already covered a fair number of shows I would suggest... Allegro, Pal Joey, The Boys From Syracuse, Do Re Mi, On A Clear Day You Can See Forever, Wonderful Town, Hair, The Pajama Game, No Strings, The Apple Tree, Kismet, Follies, Finian's Rainbow, Pipe Dream, The Most Happy Fella, Annie Get Your Gun, Paint Your Wagon, Do I Hear A Waltz, Violet, A New Brain, The Wild Party, Assassins, Brigadoon, etc. Now, I didn't see the majority of those productions but it doesn't feel like they're leaving a lot of stones unturned. I wouldn't mind if they revisited some of these if they had perfect casting in mind.
I will always want to see Ragtime. And I'm hoping they do Caroline or Change or Bridges of Madison County in my lifetime or there's a decent revival somewhere. I'm hesitant to think of anything with a big production since, while they've been able to work some magic, the shows do come together over a very short period of time.

Yes, technically, but there was less time between Chicago's original premiere in 1975 and its Encores! production in 1996 than Grand Hotel's premiere in 1989 and its Encores! production in 2018.
That being said, I am all about a production of Darling of the Day in the future.

The Nine revival was 2003 so it seems long enough. Besides, they did SITPWG only 9 years after the 2008 revival.
I'd also love to see Mame or Kiss of the Spiderwoman.
HIGH SPIRITS
How I'd love to hear that score performed LIVE again. The two female leads are wonderful parts. I could easily see Andrea Martin in the Madame Arcati role. However finding someone as wonderful as Tammy Grimes as Elvira wouldn't be as easy. I can still remember early childhood memories of her singing "Home Sweet Heaven" in front of the curtain and bringing down the house. Her special ethereal quality so fitting for the character would be hard to top. And as Angela Lansbury proved in the BLITHE SPIRITS revival, the book is still a classic theatre piece that holds up beautifully.
Well if revivals of these shows are not on for the near future then I suggest:
OF THEE I SING
CITY ON ANGELS
KISS OF THE SPIDER WOMAN
THE BEST LITTLE WHOREHOUSE IN TEXAS
LOVE LIFE (1949) - Kurt Weil + Alan Jay Lerner
City of Angels and The Life would be brilliant, I agree.

I have a long, but I think well deserved list of shows I think Encores! should be doing win the following years:
Best Little Whorehouse in Texas
The Rink
Shenandoah
The Life
Mack and Mabel
Me and My Girl with Christian Borle as Bill has actually been my dream Encores show for a while now! That being said, I'd love to see Parade with Brandon Uranowitz, some sort of staged production of Elegies, and Side Show as well!
I would love to see a Maltby and Shire; perhaps Baby.
for Broadway Series:
Dear World
Henry Sweet Henry (please don't let it rain on this poor little person)
Golden Rainbow
Minnies Boys
Flora the Red Menace
Redhead
Golden Boy
Darling of the Day
Walking Happy
Half a Sipence
High Spirits
Seesaw
for Off Broadway
Your Own Thing
Salvation
A tribute to Barbara Cook's early career (although I'm not sure who could take the Barbara Cook roles):
Flahooley
Plain and Fancy
The Gay Life
The Grass Harp

The score to "Mack and Mabel" is so delightful. It's a pity the book is so bad. Any idea if Herman or Stewart's estate would allow someone to work on it. I would love to see Annaleigh Ashford as Mabel.
SMILE!
MACK AND MAYBELLE
DEAR WORLD
OVER HERE
REDHEAD
FLORA THE RED MENACE
I LOVE MY WIFE
Smile is an obvious choice. That would be fantastic.
Kiss Of The Spiderwoman, The Scottsboro Boys, Urinetown, It's A Bird It's A Plane, The Grass Harp are the ones I'd love to see the most.
In my dreams, Lolita My Love. But that will never happen.

If they do “New Girl in Town”, I’d love it if they could somehow recreate the original Fosse choreography including his famous cathouse ballet.
I just wish they would announce the cast for this season's production of SONGS FOR A NEW WORLD. It's driving me crazy! It is my birthday gift to myself.
I don't know all of the shows they have done but I would also love to see ALLEGRO done.
Three that popped into my mind were THE RINK, SHENANDOAH and SOPHISTICATED LADIES
