Is that replacing "Loretta Switt" as your new stock answer for everything?

Oh, how I wish the great Loretta had taken that part in GODSPELL when they offered it to her!

Gypsy, Into the Woods, Crazy for You, Forum, Cats, Les Miserables, Beauty and the Beast, Miss Saigon and City of Angels all seem very likely. I wouldn't be shocked if A Little Night Music became the Gypsy for celebrities with such low vocal demand and the fact both actresses who played it have won Tony Awards.

I'm on the City of Angels bandwagon.

SWEENEY TODD with Loretta Switt. And John Stamos. Roundabout, probably.

FYI: La Swit only has one "t" in her last name.
Thank you very much.

A new spelling could help, like KAY BALLARD in MOLLY. Even though it didn't help much...

Just maybe...I could see "SUNDAY IN THE PARK WITH GEORGE" every day of my life.
Would also love to see the Staunton SWEENEY production transfer...simply loved it.

Sunday is my favorite musical of all-time. I wouldn't be shocked at all if it was revived but it isn't the most likely of shows.

I'd love love love a Carousel or Secret Garden revival, but I don't think either one is too realistic.
I agree with the usual - Gypsy, Sweeney, etc, but I've always said Hairspray will be revived some day - start off as an Encores or City Center thing and work it's way back to Broadway.
I'm sure Funny Girl will eventually happen, so there's that as well.

I would have to strongly agree with everyone who's saying Sweeney (except without John Stamos).
Although I would really like to see A chorus Line and Drowsy Chaperone come back soon.

I'm still waiting for a good production of Guys and Dolls to make up for that fvcking terrible Lauren Graham one.
