Oh, I'd also really love to see Aida on Broadway again. I saw one regional production in NY a few years back that utilized a rotating stage which housed water/sand elements which was really stunning. I think it'd look beautiful on a Broadway stage.
Some more:
Brigadoon
Carousel
No, No, Nanette (with the original orchestrations restored)
Irma La Douce
La Strada [I actually think this would make a great musical movie]
Little Me
Wildcat
The Nervous Set
The Gay Life (The High Life)
Whistle Down the Wind
Also actual Show Boat (not the ridiculous revisions made for '93 revival)

The Wiz - the version that played in La Jolla a few years ago was fantastic
Deathtrap - Jonathan Groff did this in the west end a few years ago and would have loved to seen it

I really did not care for that revival.
DREAMGIRLS, MAME, THE WIZ, MISS SAIGON and FUNNY GIRL need one desperately. Especially the latter.

It may happen only in the movies ( Night of the Museum 3) --
but how about a Broadway revival of CAMELOT, with Hugh Jackman as King Arthur?

Hugh Jackman as King Arthur would be my last choice. That would be the opposite of good.
I would have Chris Pine as King Arthur and Santino Fontana as Lancelot in a revival of CAMELOT, if that show would ever get revived of course.

Funny Girl. Yes. Still waiting to see who they will ever get to take on that role. Streisand was so iconic, but it's been so long now that it's time to give it a try. We already know there will never be another Streisand/Brice, so just accept it and give someone a shot at it. The story and the music are so great.

Um why hasn't Sutton being cast in Once Upon A Mattress? She's perfect for Fred!!
Little Shop of Horrors: That 2003 production was great. I would love to see something like that back on Broadway.
